Claim they do not associate with Taco Bell’s mobile app. Said it was third party. Received no food no refund and no call back. Spoke with a Manager that night, she said it was the assistant manager who didn’t want to push a button. Cash only Operation. Drove up to the other Taco Bell, OTP, no issue. This Taco Bell is not a ‘real’ Taco Bell if they aren’t hooked into the main Taco Bell system. Scam. Update: A refund finally came through on December 10th 2023.

Bad food shells were hard and the chicken didn’t even resemble chicken they sell. IT was brown and tasted like turkey. Taco Bell has become the most inconsistent fast food there is Spent 20$ on a bag of tacos that I ended up throwing away after 2 bites

Every time I go here after 9pm it takes at least 15 minutes of waiting. But I’m not sure because I’ve left twice after waiting that long. Watching the cashier just stand around and scratch his head. Why he doesn’t go help prep the orders baffles me. Worst Taco Bell at night. The one at 8 Mile & Harper is much, much better for quick evening service.

I went to the drive thru on my lunch break, it was not busy. The menu is so vast I could not decide. I went with the cantina soft taco, one chicken and one beef. The chicken was good, the beef was tough. Both of my tacos were sloppy with sauce on the outside of the wrapper. It was not busy, why did they throw that taco together like that? The cashier was nice.

The post-pandemic approach of many big companies seems to be: you’ll wait longer and pay more for worse service. :/ that was the case tonight. 25-minutes wait for dried-out potatoes, a burrito with a teaspoon of beef, and a chewy chalupa. Bag had no straw, napkins, or fork. Yeesh.

This Taco Bell is drive-through and walk-up window only, but you can’t actually order at the window. You either need a car or a smartphone to place an order, and good luck if you want to eat inside—there’s no lobby, no bathroom, and no self-serve napkins. The employees are doing their best, but this setup is clearly a corporate decision to save money at the expense of customers. This model is bad for communities because it cuts out people without cars or smartphones, removes basic public amenities, and turns a place that could be part of the neighborhood into nothing more than a bare-minimum profit machine.

The new Taco Bell in Detroit located on E. Warren and Mack is the worst customer experience I've ever had. This new kiosk system is the pits. Anytime that you can't walk up to the counter and get some information about what you want to order. We are heading in wrong direction. Just my opinion.

Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I arrived waited 15 minutes and a very long line once I got to the intercom, I was told that it will be another 15 minute away cancelled my order and pulled off
