I have ordered take-out from this restaurant for years. The last 6 times (I am not exaggerating) the order has been incorrect, later than promised by 15-30 minutes or both! Yesterday first told me kitchen got backed up, there were 3 cars in the lot and it was 4 pm in the afternoon? I ordered 4 chicken beasts that's all, and they said 20 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes and guess what - they were ready 20 minutes later, but she did tell me they were hot...
Tired of calling back and getting credit. Once bitten - six times shy... No more!
Food is not bad, broasted chicken great. But take out service is terrible.
Place responded said the owner would be in touch - want to guess if that happened or not? 🙄🙄 HARD NO. Good luck to this reataurant, God bless!

What a wonderful little diner in Hamilton! We had the Hawk’s Breakfast with an added pancake on the side. Really good! Love the biscuits, and the pancake was spectacular. The service was absolutely wonderful!

Stopped here on our way to Holland. The burgers and fries were the best meal of our trip! The service was good and fast! Definitely worth the wait and would go back next time we are in Michigan.

I just can't understand how 4 cones, 1 freeze and 1 flurry took 40 minutes and then I still had to cancel the flurry because of our time constraints. There was no one in front of us.

This place used to be good food & price wise. Now it's overly expensive, the quality of food is questionable and the quantity is laughable. Attached is a photo of their ck tender basket. And my order was wrong, again! Hence the review.
