Always a problem it seems last few months/orders. Seems like the store needs new pizza cutters or leadership needs to train employees better and have a standard in quality. Very disappointed when this pizza should of been fresh not burnt and disappointing looking

Either its undercooked or dried out under heating area for 3 hours....I never expect glamorous things for a low price...but simply being cooked and having a slightly puffed up crust is a given!!! Sauce taste is very eradicate also...if this is new ownership???get the ovens amd your shit together...haven't ordered in 2 months and will not order again until I see reviews up to par

Just ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pizza, an Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni, & Crazy combo. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza has ONLY mushrooms and onion. Both pizza crusts appear extremely flat like they weren’t stored and prepared properly. Breadsticks were average. Have been disappointed with quality the last couple of orders. We will not recommend or be back. This was a waste of $30 hard-earned dollars.

The front guy is not a customer friendly. He just charged us $45 for 2 large pizzas. He may be thinking his restraint is in SFO. No consideration of customer service and he is not busy either. He rushes order

The bread sticks were straight up dough, seemed like they formed the sticks and then tossed it into a warming tray without even tossing it into an oven. The pizza was somehow undercooked yet stiff as can be. Im not sure how you can make a hot n ready even worse than expectations.. avoid this place.
Hello we ordered 2 large pizzas and crazy puffs for a later time in the day. We arrived at our order time and they said they had not received our order then told me i probably ordered from the other little caesers in the area. We called that location they said that we never contacted them. My mom contacted the store we ordered from by phone to talk to management. The manager asked the employees and they fessed up to it. They lied to my face that they messed up. So the manager takes our order again and says he will throw in 2 crazy breads and it'll be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived again after 25 min and the food still wasn't ready. I stood and waited 15 min to get my food after all this. I also asked if crazy sauce came with the bread he said no and if I wanted it I had to purchase it. We got home after all that to open the pizza box to see a half pepperoni and cheese pizza when we ordered over a 11 dollar specialty pizza. UPDATE TO THIS POST! I was contacted by the store manager. They made it right and apologized. Things happen I was mad when I wrote this. I also forgot to mention when the order is correct the food is good every time. Be well.
