My wife and I walked into the store last night. This is not the first time that we’ve been there. I witnessed the employees were working very hard and gave great customer service! I could see that it was very hot behind the counter. I do not know her name, but she has waited on us before. She did a fantastic job! I retired from the grocery industry, So I have a really great barometer of someone who really cares. We were moved through the line very quickly. The young man gave us our food and we set down. The place was very clean. Part of the reason why I wrote this review was because I can see how hot it was behind the counter. Great work guys!

The bread are old, the churro uncooked, no flavor, I put on the garbage
Just ordered delivery through the app, and even though i tipped 25% they still took over an hour past the time and they kept the chips and soda i ordered.

We have been ordering for the past year and they constantly mess up something. no pizza sauce on a pizza sub, meatballs on a pizza sub?? The last time we ordered we were missing double bacon, we didn't leave a review or take back any of the mistakes throughout the year we just ate them and moved on till now as it is getting ridiculous & we were told last year they would retrain and they were sorry but nothing has changed at all it may be worse.
Yesterday we ordered 2 of the monster subs cold and plain (easiest sub ever) nope got that wrong, went back to store again and they said a different employee made it and would we want the missing items on the side. Sure that is fine she handed them to me & i opened them to make sure as im not coming back again. This was still not right. The sub was only originally supposed to have steak, bacon and double cheese nothing else at all & this took 3 tries to get right. The manager says same thing as last year, sorry we need to retrain. Just save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
