Called in to Order for pick up. Everyone was friendly and helpful on the phone and in the store. I got to use a coupon which was great! Pizza was ready quick and delicious as usual!

I prefer BC Pizza compared to other local pizzerias. Their salads are always fresh and delicious. There’s something special about the simplicity of their breadsticks. You can’t beat a BC Pizza!

Stop in a few times a month for lunch. Food is always good and service is always fast. last time we were there the salad was soggy and brown but when staff was told they immediately switched other brand new bowl of fresh crisp salad.

Vegetarian options: Salad bar, bread sticks, cinnamon bread sticks, and cheese pizza.

Parking: This particular BC (in harbor springs) is located in a shopping Plaza making it difficult at times to find a parking spot. It doesn't help there about 50ish parking spots in a very poorly designed and laid out parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Small town diner with an arcade to occupy kids and even some for adults.

Worst pizza delivery experience ever. Quoted an hour and 15, ended up coming 2 hours after we ordered. If they were busy and couldn’t fulfill it, they shouldn’t have taken the order. They also charged us around $12 for sauces that we didn’t receive. The excuse: we were a bit busy.

Told 1 1/2 hours , was over 2 hours so plan ahead!
Pizza was hot when it arrived, so that was acceptable
Just OK as far as pizza goes

Irs a pizza place food is aways hot here. Depends on time of year much not a long wait on off summer season.
