I placed order around 5pm and it arrived at 615, missing our sub that was ordered. The driver told me we forgot it and if I wanted it, it would be over hour before someone could bring it out. I order the sub because I didn't want pizza my kids did. Called the store and was told they are short a driver and it could be over hour before it gets to me. So now If the sub come it would of been made over 2hrs ago. That is just wrong. Driver should be checking his order before he leaves. Store did nothing to fix this issue.

Update 9/20. The sub was not sent out quickly. It was over 45mins before I received it. So it had been made over 1hr and 30mins before it was delivered to me.

Staff were very busy, but remained polite and friendly. Order was ready at expected time, and food was very good. I will definitely return for nachos supreme and recommend BC Pizza of Harbor Springs to others.
