We’ve always enjoyed eating at Bar Harbor each trip to Harbor Springs but we won’t be going back for a while after the way we were treated today. I understand you were short staffed but that’s no excuse to leave a family with a five year old standing at the front without even acknowledging them for over 10 minutes. And then the waitress got an attitude when I walked up to ask what’s going on.

Stopped in for a bite to eat on Sunday afternoon and stayed for the service! Paige was our bartender, and she was absolutely wonderful! Great personality and very friendly! The food and atmosphere were great as well!

A great place for common folks to eat and enjoy. We rode there on bikes (bicycles) from Petoskey. My wife loved her perch sandwich. Onion rings were a real treat. My burger juicy, fresh, outstanding. Highly recommend.

Came here while walking around Harbor Springs. Service was prompt although it seemed like the the server wanted to be anywhere else other than work. Wasn't particularly welcoming. Order some wings which weren't particularly good. The cocktails were pretty subpar. Overall just an ok experience

We attended the Hot Air Balloon festival at Bay Harbor. It was a fantastic time! Great atmosphere and great energy. My sister in-law Michelle Denise organized the event along with being the main contact person for all the on site vendors. Michelle always does an amazing job in putting events together and this year's hot air balloon festival was no exception!

Was in town with my Veteran husband and son and waited quite awhile. People came in behind us and were seated right away. Didnt fit in with the crowd maybe because Im hispanic not sure. We ended up leaving feeling discriminated.

Our waitress was outstanding. She took the time to not only provide great service but to also tell us about the area and other things to do and see. We were passing through to ride the Tunnel of Trees then onto the Mighty Mac bridge. Burgers and fries were tasty.
