Such a fun ‘hidden’ spot! The whole family loved our time at Pond Hill!
Awesome place to take the kids in the Fall to buy pumpkins!
Pond Hill is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon roaming the grounds and the barns, the shop, the food selection, and the live music venue. There’s something for all seasons at PHF!!
I cannot say enough good things about this gem of a place. We visited last week and were so pleasantly surprised by the incredible hospitality of the staff and the warm, welcoming vibe of the venue. They had a cozy fire running, and their Christmas decorations were just going up, adding to the charm. The seasonal winter pizza was absolutely amazing, and enjoying it right by the fireplace while a light rain fell outside felt like something out of a Hallmark movie. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone heading up north. Great food, great vibes, and great people!

I had the pleasure of visiting Pond Hill Farm not too long ago and I could not have been more impressed, pleased or excited about this adventure. It’s a beautifully quaint and tranquil ’off the beaten path’ absolute gem! It’s almost like being transported into a different time where simplicity and relaxation take over and a cell phone isn’t even a passing thought. The owners have cultivated an atmosphere of welcoming everyone into not just their business but to also to share in this wonderful part of their life that they have created. They have endless acres of farmland, greenhouses, a breathtaking landscape, sectioned areas to eat outside and enjoy the incredible view, a huge old barn that houses wood available for sale as well as a few animals (I’m pretty sure those are keepers though), popular games that have been adapted to farm life by repurposing farm equipment and very creatively using gourds. The highlight of this treasure in the woods is the store/restaurant/bar which mimics the old wooden barn sitting right next to it.
While the atmosphere at Pond Hill Farm is nothing short of stellar, the wine they produce and sell rivals even the finest Italian or French wines that can be found. It’s pure magic in a bottle that should be purchased by the dozens simply put. Pond Hill has truly perfected the art of wine making. They also offer coffee, jams, linen kitchen towels, hoodies and t-shirts with the Pond Hill Farm logo on them plus so many other creative, cute and useful items for sale. Also offered is rustic and relaxing dining with an array of delicious foods made fresh in an immaculate kitchen that is situated between the indoor and outdoor eating spaces so it’s on display if you like to see what’s happening. The staff they have are amazing as well. They are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely happy to be there. The owners are even right in the mix shoulder to shoulder with their employees doing whatever job needs to be done. How refreshing is that?!Another important attraction is their parking, it’s ample and easily accessible and only a short distance to the main area. A quality they possess that cannot be seen is transparency, Pond Hill Farm hides nothing from its patrons, literally you can see everything. I love this place!

Overall the place is fine, it's the customer service that is utterly lacking, which really is upsetting because the pizza, beer, and cider were pretty good. We went on 10/19 right around noon, they were quite busy. We noticed later that evening on our receipt that we got double charged for a beer. We called today and got the run around but the place seems disorganized and unprofessional. When my wife was speaking with them today it took forever for them to "find" our transaction, which then wasn't ours, then listed another...which wasn't ours and proceeded to explain everything that person bought...which didn't have the right last name. Definitely not convinced this is going to work and the customer service was not friendly.

Best on weekends ln October when all the activities are available. There's pumpkin smashing, squash cannons, basketball, corn hole, swings, slides, corn field maze, with a prize, g ome houses trail and goat feeding. The cafe menu is limited but good. We had butternut squash soup, peanut sauce noodles and chicken salad wrap, all were good. They also have beer and wine for the adults. Have fun!

We brought our puppies to Pond Hill for fun and donuts. They unfortunately did not have donuts on Friday, since they are only doing donuts on the weekends. So we ordered the cheese pizza and it was amazing! We also tried the Caramel Hard Cider and a regular cider and we loved them both.
Possibly the best cider I've ever had. Thank you!

We drove from the Sault and waited until after 3 pm as they said 12-3 was the busy time and staff was super rude wouldn’t tell us what was going on and kept flagging everyone by with their side by sides to keep driving. I’m assuming they were still at capacity? However there was like over 10 plus cars coming out of the exit and they were still making people drive by. They had no signs and they were even yelling at ppl who stopped to ask what was going on. We had my grandma in her 70s and we said can we drop her at the gate and park somewhere else as their was multiple vehicles on the road parked and the lady yelled at us and said no you need to keep going and wouldn’t elaborate any further. Then we saw another employee yelling at a man who was at the gate to get picked up telling him to stop and he couldn’t even get picked up by his daughter. Very rude to even witness the employee yelling at this guy and saying he didn’t care and no he couldn’t be picked up at the gate. Definitely could’ve been avoided if they had signs or things were set up a little better.
