I had the same experience as others. The server seemed annoyed that we were there. When I gave my order, she stared at me like I had a third eye and expected me to know what she was thinking. I’ll bet I know what she was thinking and it didn’t have to do with my order. Help must really be hard to come by if they keep her on staff.

Ordered take out, crazy bread was a hit, Greek salad has a delightfully flavorful dressing. House made ranch was a perfect compliment for the house salad.

I read some of the recent reviews and I completely disagree. I had great service and great food. When I travel I look for quaint places like this.

We've been regulars at Turkey's during our yearly summer visits to Harbor Springs. This visit to Turkey's will be our last for awhile. Between the absolute lack of congeniality from the waitstaff, to $19 for a minuscule turkey sandwich, we'll pass until we hear things improve. A real shame for what was once a great little place.

Small town dinner experience. We ordered Scottys supreme pizza. You can tell the dough is homemade like none other. Excellent place for pizza.

Came in for breakfast. Was not even acknowledged. Seated ourselves as no, sign or host, stating seating was otherwise. Server saw us sit down. Didn't come to give us menus, grab tab off table, nothing. Walked up to cashier desk where server was standing and politely waited to be acknowledged. Again, absolutely nothing. Walked out and they lost a 4-top. Very disappointed and have never been outright ignored in a restaurant.

A fun, local place. We had breakfast, which was delicious and went back in the evening for pizza, which was also great. Small space, but there is also outdoor seating.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this is important to share for anyone with food allergies. I visited Turkey’s and informed the server of my severe food allergy. Instead of taking it seriously, she responded by asking, “How severe is severe?” and when I inquired about cross-contamination precautions, she stated, “It’s already been done” and that they would not clean the surfaces. When the server dismissed us, the chef was much kinder but we had to seek out the service ourselves, as the server had not returned after asking allergen related questions.

Food allergies are a serious medical condition, and guests should be able to trust that restaurants will at least try to accommodate them or communicate respectfully if they cannot. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. If you have food allergies, I would strongly caution against dining here or go straight to the chef.

I had been looking forward to re-visiting this place as an adult...I have some great childhood memories of coming here as a kid. Unfortunately, the service was so sour it nearly ruined the experience. No smile, greeting, or direction when you enter the place; the staff is clearly harried and doesn't want you there. While we were eating, somebody came in and asked if they could seat a large party and one waitress rolled her eyes! I get that it's hot and busy, but all jobs have ups and downs. If I am spending $50 on lunch for two (crazy, right!?), I don't want to be treated like an inconvenience.

Food was fantastic and prompt but very expensive.

Overall, not going back any time soon.
