The higher management is always rude to both customers and workers alike. The workers dont deserve some of the abuse. People above even managers abuse their power for their own means. If you care about ur workers dont go here

The people always seem like they hate their job, and the food is always cold. This time, the fries are so hard I could probably break a car window if I threw the fry hard enough

My husband and I actually live in Gladwin but do not mind driving even just for a quick lunch together all the way to Harrison because this is the absolute best burger king we've found and trust me folks one thing me and my husband decided to do since we started dating was find the best burger in Michigan and so we've been to many restaurants and of course like prob 24 bks now this is the best Burger king
They have a play area for the kids still here which is great while having a quick bite to eat and a bunch of bored and rowdy kids from a long drive. And it's right off the exit perfect :)
The service is kinda hot and miss but most of the time it's great as well now not a great view or anything it's a surrounded by gas stations but you have the haunted hill campground right behind it if your needed to camp and stay a while .....

We had a very good experience at this Burger King! We are traveling and stopped for lunch and pleasantly surprised at the updated, nicely decorated, clean restaurant with very friendly folks waiting on us! We appreciated that a great deal, and we enjoyed our lunch! Thank you, BK crew!

What is the internet all five stars but on Saturday September 28th there was a problem with the pop machine nobody knew how to fix it.
Every time try to select a Coke or any kind of Pop would not work.
Finally had to go ask the lady at the drive-thru if she could give me a pop and she sneered and finally did it.
I'm so glad I was just passing through that I don't have to put up with this place every day.
