Carl is a worker there had to report him bec we went to order and he was rude so we went back today thinking ok we had left yesterday bec he was so rude and decided try again today and Carl was work it was 930 he says I get off at 10 make it quick like whattt so I called to talk to him personally ....just wanted to tell him how rude he was

Well for starters when you do an online order and dont know that the Harrison location decides to close early for their Christmas party and the order goes through, your charged for the order, and you show up to pick up your dinner for your family and the entire restaurant is pitch black!! It really pisses ya off!! Especially when you are charged for the meal that you dont even get!! The online ordering should be turned off for whatever location is being closed early!! Wonder how many other people got charged for food they never got!!

Always long wait (inside or out). Inside (dine in) closes too early, 8:00pm. Drive thru backs up (more than usual) after 8:00pm. Always seem understaffed. Food quality is up to quality standards for BK franchise aside from long waits.

Been going here for years. Fast, friendly, and food is always fresh.
So me an my girlfriend an with our st bendard male dog, walk up to the drive thru, since we were camping at the top of the hill, they wouldn't answer at the drive thru screen so we walk up to the window to get service, an the young girl wouldn't answer the window an this guy come up didn't say who he was or if he was a manager an simply told us that he can't sever us because of a safety matter, so this was at 730 p.m. 3 cars in the parking lot an 1 car in the drive thur, he was very rude an I wish I couldn't give this place a one star, I will never return to this place after all this episode simply little matter could of gone a long way. I guess I just should of took the dog right inside the burger king because there was no sign said I couldn't take him in there. Maybe I will do it next week an see what they say

Upset I even have to give them one star. Asked for cream and sugar in the bag. Tried to hand me hot coffee and a handful of cream and sugar. Hot coffee was filled to brim and spilled everywhere. Sandwich had less than an entire slice of then bacon. Bathrooms were gross. 0/10 skip
