Stopped in for the first time today for the $6 lunch special (2 slices, bag of chips, and can of soda). Guy behind the counter was great and friendly. Pizza wasn’t bad. Slightly burnt, might have been from yesterday or earlier today. But for $6, can’t beat it.

I had been a fan of the South River location for years, but after two consecutive disappointing pies, I decided to try this location—only to be even more let down. The pizza was underwhelming, undercooked, and cold. On top of that, our delivery took over two hours. I used to rave about Carlos, but after this experience, I’m left searching for a new go-to pizza spot.

Just spent 10 min calling this place on a Tuesday. When the guy finally answered he says "hello". I confirm it's Carlos pizza and then he asks to put me on hold. I hear him taking an order from someone at the counter. 5 min go by and no one comes back to the phone, I just hear them doing stuff in the background. Call back and guess what, no one answers. You know I don't care how good your pizza is, if your customer service sucks, which it clearly does, then you will lose my service. I've been going here for pizza for a long time now, you just lost a loyal customer. Keep it up and I'm sure others will do the same. Place hasn't been the same since that one manager lady left. Gone downhill since.
Was closed at 10:15pm on Saturday. Not open till 11pm as stated.
