Just spent 10 min calling this place on a Tuesday. When the guy finally answered he says "hello". I confirm it's Carlos pizza and then he asks to put me on hold. I hear him taking an order from someone at the counter. 5 min go by and no one comes back to the phone, I just hear them doing stuff in the background. Call back and guess what, no one answers. You know I don't care how good your pizza is, if your customer service sucks, which it clearly does, then you will lose my service. I've been going here for pizza for a long time now, you just lost a loyal customer. Keep it up and I'm sure others will do the same. Place hasn't been the same since that one manager lady left. Gone downhill since.

This used to be one of the best places for subs. Ordered an Italian sub no tomato, heated. One piece of ham and lettuce. That's it, nothing else. Hope it was just a one time mishap.

Tried ordering here twice with no luck. Both times i called they were supposed to be open and weren't. The second time i called and they didn't answer i listened to the answering machine and they left a message if you dont get a answer try back tomorrow. Won't ever try again
Wow, what a pie! My daughter was craving green olives, and, after trying Little Ceasars, Domino's and Jets, we finally found this elusive topping at Carlos. I didn't expect such a quality pie. I judge pizzas mostly by the crust. This had a nice chewiness and the bottom never got soggy. Outstanding job with the crust guys. And check out the ham on top - it is thick, hand-cut chunks of real ham. I'll be returning to this place.
