Went in their last night to have dinner and see my friend's band play. It was a $140 without the tip for a fish dinner rib dinner in 4 brakes. So with tip, it was a over $150 Sadly to say the food was very greasy.ribs were sub par at best ...drinks.were ok would not revisit This place.Although the people were nice still way over priced c***** food.You didn't even get a handful of French fries with the dinners, no bread.Our second drinks came with no fruit and them.

Called to order a carry out order for 5 people. After being hung up on twice, staff answered and was told that they were too busy to do carry outs. Horrible customer service. Train your staff on phone etiquette. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at River Rat. So thanks so much to the rude girl on the phone.

This place has the best Prime Rib in Town! I have been to the restaurants in Harrison Township & ordered Prime Rib and this is by far the best prime rib in Town!! Medium rare and perfect! My go to place now for prime rib! I am sure their other dishes are great too! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! You can also take your boat here and dock it in the summer time and enjoy a nice dinner :)

The servers were friendly and nice. But our server wasn't busy. She had 2 tables outside and we wouldn't see her for 20 minute periods. I don't know what she was doing between the 20 minutes but it definitely wasn't serving us. Because of that sometimes another server would help us out. Very slow service. Other than that the food was good (unfortunately they ran out of some items on the menu too) but it was very delicious. Also the location and building appearance was great. I definitely recommend visiting this place, but expect the wait on the waiters ?Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp

Great location on the river. Food was excellent, beverages were cold, wait was not too bad. Service was slightly slow, but I think this is the sign of the times, with businesses short on staff. The real crab cakes are highly recommended.

Just had a great time. 1st time going to Crew Inn. We love it. They treated us like family there. Very clean . The food was crazy good. The staff were awesome too. Live music. A+ . I thought I was in Florida.

Food is quite good at a fair price. Service was excellent. Owner needs to learn what a carpet cleaner is. Been here a few time's in the last few years because we do enjoy the food , but I don't think the carpet has been cleaned since it was installed.

My daughter, sister and I decided that we wanted to have dinner outside by the water on Saturday, August 19th at the Crews Inn. I guess that a lot of other people had the same idea. We were seated outside promptly. It was late afternoon and the weather was nice. We waited over 30 minutes and no wait staff had come over to our table. I decided to get up and ask for our server. I was told that someone would be right out. The server did come and took our drink orders. After 20 minutes of waiting, no drinks, so my party and I left. I happen to be Black and I have eaten at the Crews Inn before, so I hope that this incident is an outlier, but it felt very racial.
