Wanted to try this place due to the"brisket" burnt ends.. umm that's not what I got. It looked like pork slop with lots of grease. Not a good taste. Mac and cheese was very very mushy, and the side of beans were tiny. For $20 I expected more.. won't be back

My Fiancée and I decided to stop here last weekend and it was so good!! All 3 of our boys devoured their pulled pork sliders and we had also tried the brisket Mac and cheese as well as the 1/2 lb brisket and it was absolutely delicious! I love their bbq sauce!! We tried a bite in the car on the way home and ended up just eating in the grass outside to enjoy the sun, because we couldn’t wait to go inside and set up to eat, once we tried it 😂
The service was friendly and over all we were a very satisfied and happy bunch after our dinner 😁

I have been coming here over the last year, And every single time I get the mac & cheese with some sliders with the price it is unbeatable, especially in this area. There isn’t too much quality food around this town so to have this amazing establishment is such a blessing and try some of their delicious authentic barbecue.

This place is great. It’s amazing how people leave 1 star reviews so easily. Burnt ends were delicious. Beans were not over sauced and spiced which I appreciate. It gives you taste buds a break from the flavors. This is the first good coleslaw I’ve had in Michigan. Can’t wait to come back and try the chicken. 👍

The brisket, pulled pork, and chicken is always tender and moist! We enjoy everything we order and visit often! The owners are friendly to everyone. It's the best hometown bbq you will find!
Brisket and pork is not cooked with the sauce so you end of missing that true bbq experience. Meat was dry on our pulled pork and Brisket. The employees were very kind and speedy. I enjoyed the side dishes.
The brisket burnt ends and sliced brisket were super dry and we tried to exchange after two bites. The older gentleman in the kitchen gave me too much grief about the food being consumed more than what it was so I just gave them the food and left. I wasn’t going to argue if they couldn’t put their customers first. I wouldn’t recommend this place because that one person ruined my whole experience. Besides that older gentleman, the ladies were really nice and delivered good customer service. Definitely disappointed since the group of guys that I brought ordered $20-30 each. There is no reason to argue with their customers about the food. Everyone has different taste buds. Sad… I hope this company deals with that man accordingly. You want a great smoke BBQ...and don't want to do it? this place located in Harrison MI (20 Lakes 20 minutes is the motto)..this is the place to get it!..Menu is simple, and every dish has the flavors of BBQ!.. including the sides!!! This year they added an aged cheddar Mac...which adding pulled pork or brisket... perfection!... Only down fall...they sell out fast!...so you have to get there early...I've Walked in with line out the door, hoping they still have what we want!..so the times I need the platter to entertain..I let them know in advance!... And it's always a crowd pleaser!!..
