Man I use to love this place. Ordered again tonight under my brothers name. Just horrible. Ordered 2 Flatbreads and wings. Flatbread were so hard and dry and wings had to be old because they were so hard I couldn't even chew it. $40 down the drain that I couldn't even eat. The best part was the 2L pepsi. Smh, shame on you. Do better!

I ordered a medium pizza & a sub. I was keeping tabs on the howie track so I knew when to go in, it said my order was in review (20 mins after my order was placed which is normal) so I waited a couple more minutes and then I went inside.
Tell her my order name and she says a few more minutes, but I ended up sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, so 40 minutes after I placed my pickup my order was finally ready.
I finally heard someone say “what’s going on with Kalli’s order she’s been out there awhile” and then 15 seconds later someone brings my order to the counter, no explanation or anything.
Get home, and the pizza you can tell was sitting for 40+ mins, while my sub was piping hot.
I assume there was a mess up, but was told nothing and it’s just unprofessional.
The pizza was not enjoyable at all. I used to manage a jets pizza, and the least I would have done for something like this was offer a free 2 liter for the inconvenience, but nope nothing.
Just really irritating. Would rather go to a different location.

STEALING MONEY FOR TIPS!!!!!!!!BEWARE Thus place is not consistent nothing but young kids and I'm pretty sure there stealing.money for tip the other day I got a large pizza was told it was 12.75 when I went in to pick up my pizza the girl told me it was $19 for the pizza I looked at the receipt and it said 12.75 and no breakdown of why I was charged a Xtra $5 and this isn't the first time its happened so I would recommend everybody start looking at your receipt and pay attention to what there charging corporate will be contact and a report will be made and if its possible then there will be a law suit this tipping stuff is getting ridiculous!
Add other bad experiences but today was probably the worst. Last week had oven-baked sub mix and match was very pleased plenty of meat and mushrooms so today I said you know they were so good last week I'm going to try them again . Ordered mushroom steak and cheese oven baked subs.Pick them up tonight very little meat on them know no mushrooms at all that I can see just mostly cheese. None of the people working preparing the food had gloves on touch of money touching dirty dishes Had all their hands and all the different items it definitely will be a while before I return! If I ever do it all..

Never again! My location is closed due to a kitchen fire so we visited this location. I ordered boneless chicken wings and got chicken nuggets that looked like dino nuggets with barely any BBQ sauce on them.

This is probably the best Hungry Howie's in the area. It's been awhile since I've had Howie's because the location closest to me isn't great. After stopping in here just to try it with a coupon, I was blown away by how great it tasted and how well prepared it was. I have been back several times since over the past few months and it's great every time.
