It was by chance that we happened to notice Lick'em Up. And all I can say is, boy it was a good decision to do so. The variety of soft serve is just on a different level. They do have hand dipped ice cream, which we will definitely try next time. They also do sell pints for takeout, just in case. What was also surprising is that, they have hot food items too which closes by 7pm. Ice cream parlor remains open for a longer period.

There are tons of options, prices are typical and not bad, and service is always friendly and polite
None of the ice cream we have had there so far we have much liked though? The vanilla custard at the other custard place by Metro Park is much better than anything at all we have had here. There are never many toppings, the ice creams have a very mild and muted flavor all of them, lots of options but none of them great.

Ordered chili cheese fries and it was bad first they were skimpy on the chili so I ordered extra on the side just to find the chili is liquid consistency and flavorless no salt on the fries so it all combined was a nasty mess then to top it there was a hair in my food smh gross 🤮 also order the burger with the chili on it was mediocre… very disappointing!!!

Got a banana split tonight. No strawberries or pineapples and very little chocolate syrup. Small size similar to the big name place. Places on Harper are much better. More ice cream and a decent amount of toppings.

We've taken the kids several times and I wanted to leave a better review but the ice cream is just never that good. It never has a strong flavor or enough toppings or anything. The peanut butter soft serve tastes really mildly of peanut butter, the avalanches have barely any toppings added. It's all really bland and average. Large portion sizes though even though keep in mind you will absolutely pay accordingly.

First time trying their ice cream they didn’t have chocolate, so I had to try the vanilla which I did not like. Just taste like a regular vanilla ice cream from Dairy Queen.. I was looking for something a little different. I probably will not go back.
