Who ever runs the drive through taking orders needs to be changed out with someone better at communicating !!! 8-14 5pm manager needs to check this person. 4 times my order was wrong in a row I'm done getting food here pretty bad when it's a newer restaurant.

Terrible. I ordered two mcchickens, a large fry and two McFlurrys. The ice cream was melted, fry’s were cold hard and tasted like there was no salt and on one of the mcchickens I ordered extra mayo on it which it was the extra mayo sticker on it so I thought it’d be good but when I looked there was not extra mayo in fact there was barely enough to even taste. 20 dollars wasted.

We ordered the drive-through and then they forgot my sausage egg and cheese bagel. Then I go in and then I see seven golfers who actually waited in line and let me go through so I’m like OK and then they instead of giving me a sausage egg and cheese bagel they gave me a steak Egg and cheese bagel.

This was the worst I made a 20 dollar order on line and it was the worst nothing was right no ice in my coke the food was cold and old I called and talked to a manager her name is Zoey and she said bring it back we will make it again I’m so sorry I didn’t want that I wanted my money back she said okay bring the food back I did all of it not one fry was took it was a 20.00 dollar order she only gave me 10 dollars back and when I asked for it all she said she was to busy to deal with the problem WOW JUST WOW TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WE LIVE HERE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM I KNOW THERE IS CLAIR COUNTRY FAIR AND THINGS GET HARD BUT YOU KNOW THE FAIR IS HERE AND YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES WORKING THEN ITS SAID YOU STOLE OUR MONEY AND ONLY GAVE BACK HALF WHEN YOU ZOEY TOOK ALL THE FOOD BACK AND THE ONE DRINK I BROUGHT BACK SO SAD YOU DO THIS

Holiday weekend. Went for breakfast at 7:30am. Staff was very friendly and polite. Service was quick. The food was absolutely delicious and put together well. Even the presentation of the food was well done. Great work at this McDonald's.
