Harrison mcds is awesome service. Good people on their staff. Update the original crew from this first review still stands. Great ppl those still there. Now there is new ppl one meddled and ruined my relationship of almost 5 years and the rest like courtney didnt want to make the order they've made me for 4 years so started messing with my coffee order in the morning dumping lots of coffee grinds into my cup until i told mark. It stopped but she should have been fired. You don't mess with ppl food absolutely not. Shame on you

The manager Kelsey refuses to give me my large coffee in the large cups ever since monopoly started. She is the only one with the issue it seems. I showed her that it shows my item as eligible but I don’t care about the monopoly. I care that my coffee one has tasted like crap ever since this started because they are making them different now. Plus I shouldn’t have to go home to get my own cup to fit it all. What if I wanted to go to work how do I drink this??

Came in on Saturday 9/6 at 1020 pm they pretend like they were closed almost 2 hours B4 they actually close sat at the order taker for 5 mins no 1 answered, they also did this to the car that was directly behind me as well n the lights were on in the parking lot menu was on n when I finally drove off cuz I had to leave to make it to work on time they were standing in the 1st window area just standing there with head sets on just talking n looking out the window n they pretend they r closed hours B4 they close very frequently almost a every day thing

Who ever runs the drive through taking orders needs to be changed out with someone better at communicating !!! 8-14 5pm manager needs to check this person. 4 times my order was wrong in a row I'm done getting food here pretty bad when it's a newer restaurant.

Terrible. I ordered two mcchickens, a large fry and two McFlurrys. The ice cream was melted, fry’s were cold hard and tasted like there was no salt and on one of the mcchickens I ordered extra mayo on it which it was the extra mayo sticker on it so I thought it’d be good but when I looked there was not extra mayo in fact there was barely enough to even taste. 20 dollars wasted.
