I came to get pies and the people at the window were very rude because they didn’t have any pumpkin pies left and they acted like they didn’t want to give us a replacement. They said they had no pumpkin, only apple. Then said they have only 1 pumpkin and 1 apple. They need to have better communication with their customers! Won’t be back to this location because the last time I was there they left my order sitting on the counter for 10 mins when I was waiting at the curbside pickup.

Make sure your order is correct before you leave out that driveway because if it’s wrong you will have this lady name Adrianna saying it’s no refunds if the order is wrong even if you have the receipt or not. She told me as of August 1st McDonald’s can’t give out any refunds or fix the order if it’s wrong or not due to their new policy’s, so I’m about to contact corporate to ask them what type of policy is this…

I was really disappointed this morning going to this McDonald's on my moped when then they decided to refuse my service because I was on my moped, I have come to this McDonald's multiple times on my moped and have ordered and had no issue, today. They decided they did not want to serve me so unfortunately I will have to choose a different McDonald's this is so dumb how do you refuse service to somebody who you've given service to so many times on the same moped makes no sense.

I won’t return because the guy taking the drive thru order was just rude. He told me to go ahead and order then interrupted me many times to talk to the staff. The order was completely wrong at the window and they also asked numerous times what drink I ordered without even listening to the answer. I understand new trainees and short staffing but slow down and listen.

I am allergic to tomatoes. I ordered a meal without ketchup. In a rush I trusted and I ate my burger only to realize halfway through it had ketchup on it. Bag receipt even said no ketchup. Now, I have to dump a bunch of chemicals in my body to counteract their incompetence.
AND THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD ALL BE FIRED AND THIS LOCATION DIFFERENTLY SHOULD BE CLOSED....

Personally working at this store the ice cream machine we are currently waiting on a new one! As for your “fast food” it’s hard when there’s only 3 people working!!! Be considerate unless u have a valid reason not to be. If it’s because you didn’t get your food fast enough put yourself in a 16 year old shoes who runs half of the store by herself!!! Currently switching through staff also machines. So be patient with us please and thank you.

This is one of the worst McDonald's in the area. The time it takes for them to make food and the service is unfortunate. It appears to be poor staffing during busy business hours. The food is ok but often is sub par. I'm glad I've moved away but sad I still sometimes order from here.
