20 dollars for breakfast and they gave me a half eating hashbrown ? tried to eat here again used the app to order b4 I went in still waited 20mins while an employee threw a tantrum and was coddled by the manager

They were very professional and polite. The only issue was that My drink was not fully sealed and popped off when I started pulling off. It spilled a little bit and still had over half of my coffee.

Always so slow, now they make people wait 20mins cause they are trying to cook more pies. Tell people if there is a wait, sont let them sit there for 15mins as their order is "now serving." Lying to corporate or the head bosses so they think you arent slow. You can throw my pies out whenever they get done cooking, or refund the money and put it in the Ronald McDonald house box.

2 kiosks down 35.00 order card reader not working...via inserting. At the counter....I'm told ( I think this is what she said anyway) not to panic they are too busy to fix and to wait to pay. I wish there was zero stars to give!Sorry, cancel and good bye!Fair warning. Go to Subway.

Today i ordered a double cheeseburger cooked ro order without onions through the drive-thru. After driving off some i opened my sandwich to find not only that it had the grill sheet with what i requested but onions and a one of my patties was not cooked all the way. I drove back to not get greeted by a manager nor was i asked if i wanted something to drink anything while they replaced my order. The only person that was truly pleasant to help was a black young man who was really nice and attentive. However i eill bot ne returning to this FAMILY PRIVATETLY OWNED MC DONALDS AGAIN!

The toilet urinal been broken for over 2 weeks it is not like the Shultz family who owns this have the money to fix this,thenEvery male goes to the 2nd sit down toilet area which is nasty to sit down,this must be sanitize and mopped and management male and female managers can enter before they close the store to check ✔️ the cleanliness May be they can have a sign where employees who clean can initial the restroom then the shift manager can sign it,we all need restroomsGuest and employees, this was just too gross today it was February 29 2024 was the worse day I ever saw I am not a rude person at all I am actually a team leader for a large industryPeace to every 1 I will always enjoy going to this McDonald's but just please use the idea ? i posted and be more proactive
