Dirty, Rude, and Full of Loud-Mouthed Locals – Hard Pass

I’ve been to this place a few times over the years, but after my last visit, never again.

The restaurant is filthy, the bathrooms are worse, and the whole place feels more like a dingy dive bar than a restaurant. If you’re not part of the local bar crowd—biker types, loud regulars, and folks who like to rant about politics over dinner—you’re not going to feel welcome here.

During our meal, a clearly drunk employee in a rubber apron randomly wandered over to our table and started going off about politics. Completely inappropriate. He wouldn’t leave us alone, and we ended up walking out. No manager stepped in, no apology, just business as usual.

This place doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness, professionalism, or the dining experience. It exists to serve a crowd that treats it like their own clubhouse. So if that’s your scene—warm beer, dirty floors, and drunk rants—then congratulations, you’ve found your spot.

For everyone else? Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

The Heat Check

Place is a dump. Dirty floors, bathroom, and food is the opposite of authentic. Food is not good and very greasy. Food was so expensive and small portions. Extra charge for a credit card with no warning.

Service was really slow. Mold on the ceiling tiles. Servers were friendly but the service was just lacking.

Really needs a revamp.

Prices have went up over 5 dollars in 3 years. You can see the menu from 3 years ago online. Burrito dinners were 10.95 and are now 15.95 and they also charge $1.18 to use a card. They call this an admin fee. So they raise prices 5 dollars and also keep the admin fee. I've been going to this restaurant all of my life and love the food. Unfortunately I can no longer justify the price for the food and sadly will never go back unless they lower their prices.

I’ve eaten Mexican food all over the country. And this by far was one of the best places I’ve ever ate at I love it. I drive 45 minutes to get there.
