I want so badly to give this a full 5 star rating. I've been here many times and have never had an issue until yesterday (June 22nd). I came in with my boyfriend and his dad per usual. Took a minute to get our drink order in which was fine. We weren't in a rush or anything. We just like to chill. Fast forward to the food order. The waitress came up and honestly didn't give an actual proper greeting but I dismissed it because I don't personally care about that....

My friends and family have been coming to Pancho and Cisco's for years and it has been fantastic every time!! ! I love all of the staff and especially Jenny! You guys keep up the great work! See you soon I'm getting a craving! ??

First off Jenny is the best around when it come to service?, always on top of anything we needed. The food is also really amazing and fresh, I always order the queso fundido to start ?
