My kids and I made reservations and drove 40 minutes to come to the restaurant. We heard about how nicely it was set up for Christmas. When we arrived it was busy. We were sat about 10 mins early. We sat at the table for about 10 mins without anyone greeting us, no one moment or someone will be with you shortly. Eventually someone came over to us. I put in my drinks and appetizer order. I was told they were all out of the Christmas milk shakes, which was disappointing because that's part of why we came. Although during the time that I was sitting there, I did see others receiving them. When the drinks arrived, we placed our food order. 40+ minutes had passed, I didn't receive a drink refill or my appetizer. Our waitress never came back to check on my and my kids. Another waitress walked by and asked if I was ok, I let her know that I wasn't and that I just wanted to cancel my order because 40 mins and no appetizer or update is a bit much. She was kind, I still received a bill for my drinks. The manager came by and said sorry I didn't check on you. I have worked customer service and I waitressed for years. This was awful customer service.

Drinks were good, but very pricey! French onion soup was cold and onions were hard (not cooked enough) The Holiday dip trio was cold also and the pretzel bites were over cooked and rock hard. The Ruben was ok, same with the Holiday sandwich. Such a bummer on the food as the place is decorated sooo nice for xmas. ( even though we had to ask our waiter for the Holiday drink menu and had to ask 3 times for the Holiday food menu😏

Unfortunately not a great experience. Went for my birthday. Had a reservation. They did seat us quickly. But our food took over an hour. We did have a party of 11, but 5 were kids meals and most of us ordered sandwiches or burgers. And we didn't mind waiting except then when the food arrived 75% of it was cold and dry. You could tell it had been sitting there for a long time. The kids Mac was literally hard on top. The burgers were dry and hard. Also, we watched numerous tables get sat after us, who got their food much quicker. The manager came and acted like she was going to comp some of our bill but the bills were brought normal. When we mentioned it, they took about 10% off but added a mandatory tip. Overall disappointing.

They advertised a Crabby Festival, but the items listed were basically the same as what's on their daily menu. No savings/specials to speak of.

A great place for seafood and surprisingly CHILI! We tried it with dinner instead our usual salad. Great pick. Since it was Halloween the place was buzzing with costumed servers and decor. We will be back for the drinks & atmosphere!

We used to love this restaurant. Went last night for our anniversary and made the reservation letting them know it was for our anniversary. They sat us in the bar where they had dance music playing very loud and dishes loudly slamming down constantly. My favorite salmon dish did not taste anything like the many other times I had ordered. Salmon was over cooked and sauce tasted spoiled. So sad. We used to love this restaurant. Will not be back.

Great service & meal. We listed it was our anniversary on the reservation and we were greeted with a champagne toast!

I ordered the clam chowder and the tuna steak, the clam chowder was so peppery that you could barely taste clams, it's the worst they've ever made it since I've been going there and having it. Although the tuna steak was cooked correctly, the overuse of sesame seeds made it taste like just sesame seeds. I'm used to a little bit of soy sauce and wasabi with a tuna steak, the garnish or orange liquid that they had on the plate with the tuna steak was flavorless. My wife and I come here quite often, and this is undoubtedly the worst meal we've ever had. The waitress expressed concern, she told us that they were having new cooks in the kitchen.

Food is fair but very expensive, and drinks are pricey.. Nothing cheap about this place. Do not come here much due to better and cheaper options around. Its fun inside and always a enjoyable time, but that's due to the company I go out with.

I had to take 24 hours to think about this because I didn't want to do this, but I have to because it's important to know.

Have you ever seen an exciting preview to a movie that you couldn't wait to see, and then when you see it you're so disappointed that you want to walk out on it? Sadly, that was Terry's Terrace (for me).
I really hope this was just a bad day and the chef walked out.
God, where do I start?

There is a great video floating around that makes Terry's Terrace look like the Disneyland of restaurants, and I have to honestly say the best thing there was the friendly staff, not the food, and not the atmosphere (for me).

Let me start with the pros:
1. The staff was friendly.
2. The orders came out quickly.
3. The fish and chips were delicious but doughy in the middle.

Now the Cons:
For starters, the pickle soup (could've been good) was terrible due to the extreme seasoning; it tasted like someone dropped the whole box of salt, black pepper, and other spices into the soup.
Next, I ordered burnt ends for an appetizer, and yet again it was terrible as well. The meat was tough, chewy, and tasted gamy, which also came out after my fish n chips.

Lessons I learned from that evening:
1. Start with an appetizer first, grade it and if it's great then order your main course, and if not, then leave and maybe try somewhere different.
2. It's okay to complain to a friendly staff member if the food is terrible. (I wish I weren't such a pushover.)
3. The dish isn't always worth the cost; I've had better at venues with cheaper prices that could easily raise theirs without disapproval.

To wrap it up:
Maybe it was just a bad day, but I'm fine for now.
