Great service. Lobster burger eas very good not a fan of the coated French fries. I think restaurants need to tell you that the fries are coated. I prefer just regular French fries!

Usually have a good meal here. Lots of vegan options. This time my order was completely wrong. When I got the right one my husband was finished eating. Waiter was nice. Not a great value for your money anymore.

Service was great! Food was so-so, some thing were amazing others were ok. Lobster Bisque soup was to die for as well as the fish and chips and the fish taco. Crab cakes were terrible and the buffalo chicken sandwich was soggy. Everything was a little on the high side for what you got. I would go back. Just stick with the basics

The fish and chips were excellent! Crispy batter, not too thick, and fries were fresh and seasoned perfectly. Bean flicker beer was a great choice for a beverage. Coleslaw was delicious. Highly recommend Terry's Terrace!

There was a February Lobster fest going on and the lobster tails were very good. Also, they are known for their fish and chips. So, next time I will most likely try them. Staff was very friendly and the service was very good.

Cutest little restaurant at Christmas time and very kid friendly. The food was not good at all. The price was excessive for not so good food, but they did refund 2 items that we did not eat and they were very kind about it.

We had a moderately large group, 6 adults and 3 small children for dinner. We had an issue... Our server, Adriana ( I believe), was most apologetic and felt terrible about the mishap. She called the manager, Jenny, over and she spoke with us and not only resolved our problem, but did so in a MOST courteous and professional manner. She went above and beyond to make things right! I was once a bar/restaurant floor manager, and I was impressed with her empathy and professionalism. I can't praise her and her staff in any higher degree!! We've been to Terry's terrace many times, and after this interaction, we'll be back many more!! Summa cum laud to them this evening!! And did I mention the place was packed as well??!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We had a party of 22 and they were not equipped to handle it. The food was cold and the waitress was rude. My wife’s meal came out and she couldn’t eat it because she had dirty dishes in front of her for 15 minutes or more. When the waitress finally came to get them she said to my wife that she was not a busser. The whole experience with other people was the same. It was really disappointing. I am 54 years old and this was the worst service and experience I have ever had. I will never be back.

Out of our large party 70% or more left disappointed server was rude staff was over heard disrespectfully talking about our party Not the experience we expected by any means I am not one to complain but this was ridiculous when I spend over $200 for a 2 person meal expect minimal effort
