Haven't been here for a couple years. Use to snowmobile here alot. Went last night for the steak special. It was great. Libby was very attentive and loves her job. This is now owned by a veteran. Will be coming back more often.

Try paper take out boxes instead of closed styrofoam! It just makes food soggy.

I was told this was new owners. If it's true, they need some major changes. Ordered onion rings they came to the table burned and smashed into a ball. You couldn't and wouldn't eat something like this. I was asked if I wanted beef or chicken gravy with my chicken dinner. I ordered chicken gravy, and the food was brought to the table with beef gravy. My chicken was so dried out i could only pick at it for a few bites. My uncle ordered a cheeseburger with BBQ sauce only and specifically said nothing else on the burger. It was brought to the table with lettuce, tomato, and onions. Our waitress was not detailed oriented. I can't imagine this place will stay open serving this quality of food. Our waitress came to pick up our plates and never asked us why we barely touched the food. The restaurant itself is a very cute, unique place. Message to management, train your cook and wait staff if you want people to return.

Ross is the man!!!
Was very busy but the food was well worth the wait
Food and drinks were good. Especially after a long day of riding.
The service was great but veterans get their ice tea, and pop free. But on the weekends pay full price no free ice tea , or pop.
The portions have decreased and for 7.99 you get 8 small deep fried mushrooms. Overall the food tastes good and the staff is nice, just not a lot of bang for your buck so to speak.
The food was overcooked. Ordered a rare steak. There wasn't even a hint of pink. Another ordered a medium rare burger that was cooked to death, too.
The broasted chicken was delicous.
The bills were a mess to figure out.

A great place to go if you wanna have a day trip to Clare County. ☘️☘️
First time there since new owners and honestly will be my last. Even though my sandwich was credited. I ordered a patty melt cooked medium, it came undercooked rare and returned. The smallest piece of meat not even a quarter inch thick and only covered a small section of the rye bread … now the worst part. The bread was covered in grease and very soggy .. the sandwich was filled with onions and cheese and the itty bitty piece of meat that I have ever been served on a patty melt. Me not being one to complain and completely starving I started eating it as it was literally falling apart from the oil. My boyfriend looked at me and said that looks disgusting and I said my stomach is feeling upset I cannot take any more bites. The server got whoever to remove cost of sandwich 12.95 but said that I would be responsible for tater tots that’s fine .. but why didn’t the owner or manager come over this is totally unacceptable miss when the old owners owned this place it was so much better. I wish that I would have taken a picture . I am not one to write a bad review, but felt important on this one.
Food is okay, but can't beat the atmosphere here after a long ride on the trails!
First time since new ownership, also last time. Food prices increased, quality went down. Service also poor, sad, used to love coming here when Dan and Becky owed it. My bill was 25.00, that was my meal and two pops. My GF meal was credited due how badly it was made. .
What a great place and great food. Wonderful staff and very friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend it!
