Wasn't as busy as it was before new owners, I feel thats kinda expected....our server could have been more attentive, but we're all only human! It's a good spot w lots of potential! Hoping new owners kno the gem they've taken over!!

waitress was awesome, hubby liked boasted chicken even though pieces were very small nachos on other hand hand to much salad and no melted nacho cheese only shredded cheese

Most of the food was good. Atmosphere fit the location however our waitress did not greet us properly; very little acknowledgement also left us standing at the door until we took it upon ourselves to pick a table (there was no sign to seat yourself) the pretzels and cheese were extremely hot like mcdonalds coffee hot with her giving no warning.. I love getting served hot food and have common sence but that was an instant mouth burn. She was also giving off the vibe that she did not want to be our waitress which made it somewhat unpleasant

We waited over an hour to be served our food after we ordered. At least one couple who came in after us were served their meal before us. Almost got up and walked out. Finally when we got our food, the sausage was overcooked (burnt) and the hash browns were undercooked!
Haven't been here for a couple years. Use to snowmobile here alot. Went last night for the steak special. It was great. Libby was very attentive and loves her job. This is now owned by a veteran. Will be coming back more often.

Blah food. Hidden charge if you use a card. Seated very quickly. Super friendly server but when I order a craft beer on tap I don't expect it in a plastic mug. Food wasn't good, maybe mediocre at best. The kick in the stones is when they bring you the bill and you put your card down and then they tell you there is a 4% charge for using a card. Seems super shady to me. A well run restaurant would factor those prices into their food costs. Whatever. It's where my in laws live so I have to come to Harrison and there isn't a lot of options but I would rather eat gas station hot dogs. Great service though

I was told this was new owners. If it's true, they need some major changes. Ordered onion rings they came to the table burned and smashed into a ball. You couldn't and wouldn't eat something like this. I was asked if I wanted beef or chicken gravy with my chicken dinner. I ordered chicken gravy, and the food was brought to the table with beef gravy. My chicken was so dried out i could only pick at it for a few bites. My uncle ordered a cheeseburger with BBQ sauce only and specifically said nothing else on the burger. It was brought to the table with lettuce, tomato, and onions. Our waitress was not detailed oriented. I can't imagine this place will stay open serving this quality of food. Our waitress came to pick up our plates and never asked us why we barely touched the food. The restaurant itself is a very cute, unique place. Message to management, train your cook and wait staff if you want people to return.

Wonderful food with generous portions!! Servers are very kind and patient especially with senior patrons (like us!). Service was fast! Keep the cook! He or she is excellent. Very nice kid's menu, great for grandchildren. Nice outdoor area for eating as well as super comfortable booths and tables inside. We go there often as the food is great. In the winter we recommend their wonderful soup and bread bar with pizza. You can't go wrong here no matter what you get. Sometimes we just order their wonderful appetizers and make a meal with that. My husband says the Reuben sandwich is the best he's ever had!
