Trails End Restaurant and Pizzeria

Wings with Daytona sauce are the best wings I have ever had, salad bar was stocked of fresh, veggie soup was amazing. Our server was wonderful and attentive. My whole family was extremely happy with their meal.

We spent $118 on pizzas one night and were told they would be delivered in 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later our delivery driver called to say he couldn't find our house. He was supposedly given a completely different address and was 8 minutes away. 20+ minutes later he arrived with nearly cold pizzas. We called that night while waiting on the pizza and were told they would credit us with 3 free pizzas for the trouble. We called tonight to redeem that offer and were told they'd "look into it and call you back in 20 minutes"?!? They never called. When we called again 30 minutes later we were told they have no idea who made us that offer and they could therefore not honor it. 10/10 do not recommend. Not worth the headache for crap customer service and cold pizza.

I was so happy to see gluten free pizza!! The brisket pizza was super yummy!! Nice salad and soup bar. Clean and love the decor.

Never had a bad experience. Food and service is always good. We really enjoy their soup and salad bar. Their patty melt is also really good and their Friday fish fry

They have the BEST pizza in town! The sauce is perfectly seasoned and the crust is nice and crunchy. 1lb Reuben sandwiches are delicious too!!

11/8/2024 6:30 pm we order to go. the young lady wearing class of 2024 sweatshirt is such a great asset. she has a great customer service perspective. fish was amazing. great work. loved everything about our experience the taller gentleman working on pizza assembly is great at what he does also. he recognized it was there and acknowledged my needs. great job. sorry I don't know names of everyone. but great work. We had delivery was fast and delicious. We ordered the buzz burger and patty melt both were cooked perfectly. Very fast and friendly looking forward to our next order.

My wife and I have a cottage in Gladwin and took a nice Harley ride out to Harrison for lunch… We thought we’d stop at the nicest place we could find and that happened to be Trail’s End! We were greeted by Alexis, who was our server. The food was excellent, and the service was phenomenal! Looking forward to our next trip to Harrison so we can eat at this wonderful eatery, again! I just retired as the longest Board member of the Michigan Better Business Bureau, at 26 years… I would personally rate, this restaurant, and the service we received, a perfect A+!!

I don’t leave reviews often. But after our experience tonight I had to share. We were running behind so made it in at 8:20 and they closed at 9. We were greeted very warmly and kindly even given the time. The twisty bread is AMAZING and priced extremely reasonable. We also ordered pizza and the broiled chicken. The food here is absolutely amazing. We try to eat here at least a few times a month or whenever we are up here. I eat a lot of pizza all over the state and this def ranks with in the top. The waitress was very kind and paid special attention to my daughters. Was on top of refills and made sure we needed nothing. A gentleman came from the back and surprised my 3 and 4 year old with full sized stuffed animals and completely made their night and then thanked us for our business and for coming in. In all the times our family has came here we have never once had bad service or bad food. That is a rarity nowadays. I highly highly recommend this establishment and only wished they were closer to home!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely wonderful to our daughters. They have a great way of making them feel special.
