Up North Coffee is such a cute place! I had a cran -apple muffin and a matcha latte with lavender and espresso - which the barista recommended to try - and it was so good! It was better than Biggby! There is a gift shop that has so many wonderful things. The coffee shop is clean, welcoming, and the girls that work there offer a fun and friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend going there, I can’t believe I hadn’t checked out the place sooner!

Cute shop! Went in right as they were closing the place down (they close at 3 on Sundays) and the girls were still more than happy to make my drink anyway. They also have 3 pastry cases full of product. Will definitely be coming back!

Waited for 27 minutes for 2 coffees and very rude unwelcoming staff.
They apparently switched reward programs, which is fine, but then told me, that my already earned punchcard credit is non transferable, nor worth anything anymore. I visit weekly and only 2 away from free drink (11th drink free..) yet they won’t honor or let me finish my punchcard. Just told to toss it and switch to new digital rewards. They should honor or give some type of transferable credit to those who don’t visit enough to fill their current punch card within the few day deadline they said to use or lose them. I’ll just go elsewhere, prices recently went up again, drinks seem more pricey than Starbucks. Most other shops value their customers and do what’s right for them, not screw them over, starting a loyalty program punchcard and not honoring it because they decided to switch loyalty programs.

Used to be a daily visitor gone down to about one time to two times a week and now I don’t think I’m gonna go anymore. Prices have gone way up and the quality and speed of service has diminished.
