What a gem!! Homemade food made to order, friendly service, reasonable prices,and cozy up-north atmosphere made this spot special. Chili was delicious and homemade. Reuben sandwich was enormous and tasty. Their fries are seasoned and cooked to perfection. Don’t forget to take a baked good in the bakery case to devour later. This was our first visit, but definitely not our last.

They also make a wonderful variety of pies that you can purchase! We bought a loaf of their famous English Muffin bread! The food was delicious and bountiful. We came for brunch and we were extremely pleased with the quality and prices as well as the service. The Chilaquiles and Country Fried Steak were excellent! If you haven’t been here in a while, I highly recommend you give it a try.
