Good bar food, excellent atmosphere, and good service when it's not crazy busy or short staffed. I really like the staff here and they make me feel like family.

If you loved the old Sans Souci…. don’t expect the same from the NEW Sans Souci.
The new renovations, although nice, lacks any character the old Sans Souci had in every way. It doesn’t quite feel like the same place I grew up to love.
The staff is a hit or miss. Last year my buddy and I went in about 40 minutes to closing time just to get a couple of drinks. We waited at the bar for a while before the manager, who decided to take a 15 minute smoke break right as we sat down, eventually came to the bar with a bigger attitude than a freighter horn. We felt so unwelcome we took off after we each had a bottle of miller.
Very upsetting considering the old staff were undistinguishable from a bar filled with distant family members. As partial residents of harsens island, you are MUCH better off having a good time at Browns.

Spent 50$ on two sandwiches and two sides to go-they ran out of boxes so they packed them in pizza boxes when we get home the Berger and cheese that mind you was more because it’s pepper jack were stuck to the top not a big deal called them to let them know and the reply was well you want to come up here and get more cheese… I’d like you to have the proper to go packages so my food I payed an arm and leg for don’t taste like cardboard.. sad this place used to be great.

I lived on the island for over 50 yrs. Sans Sousi Market is a reliable staple and a convenience. Just had a great pizza! Followed it up with a decent bottle of Cabernet. 😁

Me and my wife stopped in today on September 21 2024 our waitress was Katie S and she was amazing and the food was excellent and the remodel look great. I wish the new owners years of success
The remodel is beautiful! Food is yummy! Love to sit outside and watch the freighters go by. Best Bloody Mary for the Labor Day Parade!!

90% of the time you’ll have a great experience sometime they are understaffed and not coordinated for the most part very enjoyable dinner spot.. The food is very good
