Food was great, beer had a German style so that was great for me personally.
They had corn ribs, never heard of them before, those were a great appetizer as we all loved them. Mac and cheese and brisket sandwich, with beer cheese were also great. Portions on Mac n cheese where for 2 people and that was not beer cheese.

Terrible service. We waited for 40 minutes, had to grab to go boxes and leave. The Nashville chicken was so spicy we could not eat it. The fries were way over cooked. Will never eat there again

I want to love this restaurant because there are very few decent options in this area. Unfortunately, the staff consistently lands somewhere between aloof and abrasive. I wish the management would address this, but I think the hostility starts from the top and filters down to the waitstaff.
I went in today to purchase a gift card even though I don’t personally eat at Hart Brewery anymore. I want to apologize to the two women who ignored me for several minutes, especially the one who was busy texting. I know I interrupted your personal time, and I promise it will never happen again.

I've enjoyed coming here for a couple of years until now. There's no contact with customers anymoe.
My 2 buddies and I sat for five minutes at a table with no greeting. We finally figured out there's no longer a server and everthing is QR code ordering. If a hostess was greeted people, to guide customers of this new process, it might have helped. Three other tables were confused as well. Finally....one order arrived, and he waited to eat, until his food was cold when the second arrived. I personally gave up on trying to order. Sorry guys... your system should be revised or scrapped. No personal interaction, no recommendation from your staff, I'm very disappointed.

Will never try to go back the sing out front said they closed at 11pm on Saturdays it was 9pm when we went in door but a sign in side said kitchen closed at 8.this was the second time we had issues with this place.
My wife said the food was incredible and the bourbon she brought home for me is REALLY good. This bourbon rivals $100 + bottles all day. Very smooth. We will definitely be back by next time for a burger and handful of bottles.

Good service and a nice atmosphere. Most of the food and drinks our group ordered was spot on. However, I ordered The Natty, and while the taste was good, it was undercooked which led me to not eating half the sandwich. Would give this place a try again though...

The food was a nicer upscale offering, you do make your own order at the counter, and its more picnic style serving in baskets. We didn’t try the drinks menu today but that looks great.

Had the cherry gluten for punishment beer. Was really fruity, had more of a cider taste. Wings were solid. Just was not impressed with their service. Could have been because we were sitting outside, but we asked for waters a few times and never received one. Went to the counter and they kindly poured me one though
