Service is really good. The workers are extremely polite but someone doesn’t blend the drinks enough and they come out very icy other, it’s usually the same girl at the window. I don’t know her name though they don’t wear name tags.

My wife and I love Biggby coffee, we drink it everyday! This location is the closest to us atm but unfortunately the coffee has been bad. We ordered our frozen coffees as usual today, they were bitter and had no flavor. We went back and asked if we could have them remade they said they needed to take our drinks back in order to remake them, so we gave them back..guess what? Still bitter and watery. It’s almost as if they used the same frozen coffee and gave it right back to us in different cups. We just threw our drinks away and $$ cause we can’t expect the same people that are making our drinks wrong to make them right. We are dissatisfied with the taste, it just needs more flavor!

Always a long line, always a long wait for the drink itself. Even if there's two people in front of me it takes a long time to actually get your drink. Also, there's always something wrong with my drink. I just ordered a 20 ounce frozen, sugar-free caramel latte with an extra shot and no whip cream. I got a 24 ounce hot latte with no flavor an extra shot and whip cream. At least they got the extra shot right.

Staff is amazing! Hands down great place to go.Parking: This is a drive thru only at a gas station, there is a huge parking lot and a walk up window. This is a small Biggby and usually only has a couple employees working so just be patient. An awesome crew though!

I don't know who the girl was that ran us through the drive through, but she was so sweet and really helped brighten up the drive! It wasn't long, we were just exhausted. 10/10 service, for sure!

It’s always so unprofessional! I feel like they’re rude and most of the time it’s 2/3 girls at the window acting immature. The reason I’m writing this is because a worker (red head specifically) answered us at the speaker with a voice that sounded like she was prank calling then got the order wrong, AND couldn’t keep a straight face while taking our card and would look back at the workers and laugh. She even spilled our drink in front of us on a different occasion while laughing. Never experienced such bad service at any other biggby and it sucks since it’s the closest to me. Id give zero stars if I could lol. Horrible
I've been going to this location since it opened. Always very helpful, fun, and friendly. This has happened before but it's never been this bad. Ordered a fluffy clouds, hot latte. Plus an extra shot. Little over $9 out the door. And over half of my drink has disappeared. I know it's foam and usually I look a half inch of drink once I get on the road. But today close to half my drink was gone. Today, it was not worth the $9..... I wish I was able to post the pictures for proof.

In line 20 minutes.charged us$2 more than other bigbysIn the state for the same thing.you wait forever for them to take ur order than forever to get to the window.Twice our item that we get at other bigbys was made incorrectly.we are done with this location..........
