My husband & I had dinner at Hart Pizza. We arrived about 5 pm, so got a table easily. I ordered the bakes pizza sub which was very good. Hubby got a pizza that was delicious. Our waitress was knowledgeable & excellent! The only negative was the low temperature & fans that added to that. The food is always good there. They open at 4 pm.

My family and I went to dinner at Hart Pizza tonight and we arrived just as they opened at 4pm. We ordered about 5 minutes later and got our bread sticks 10 minutes in. The problem with the service came when our pizzas did not show up until an hour and 20 minutes after we placed our order. We talked to the staff several times when 45 minutes had gone by and still no pizzas. We were very frustrated as we watch 9-10 people walk in and leave with boxes of pizza all in the first hour of them being open. My friend was one of those people, she called at 4:05, placed an order and picked her pizzas up at 4:30. The same time that my family and I should have gotten our pizzas.
We were not the only ones frustrated by this as two other small groups (4 people total in each) came in at the same time my family and I did. They also had to wait that long and once my family got our food, so did a majority of those people. Some of those people had to only wait 25 minutes for their food. It felt like the kitchen staff prioritized the call in orders over the people sitting in the restaurant which is stupid. All customers should be prioritized the same and orders should be made in the order they are received regardless of if it is a dine in versus a take out.
The food is good and it's a nice little restaurant, but the service tonight was terrible. Our waiter did a good job and helped get pizzas out quickly and even went to the kitchen to try and help get food out quicker. We left frustrated and it put a damper on our evening because of it.

We got takeout. Good antipasto half. I enjoyed my traditional style pizza. Detroit style, not so much. All the toppings were only in the middle, making the end pieces more like cheesy bread than pizza. Would still come back again

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hart Pizza. The entire operation seemed completely disorganized from start to finish. When I placed my order, I was given a specific time estimate for when it would be ready. However, when I arrived, not only was my order not ready, but the employees seemed to have no idea what was going on.I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes beyond the estimated time, for a total wait of an hour. To make matters worse, they forgot another order in our party entirely, and my order, which was wrong, sat out for so long that it was cold by the time I received it. Additionally, while waiting, I witnessed the staff bickering and the kids working in the kitchen throwing things at each other and messing around instead of working. When I brought these issues to management’s attention, instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistakes, they actually blamed me, claiming that I must have said my order wrong. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.It’s clear that the staff here either lack proper training or management simply doesn’t care. I won't be returning, and I recommend others avoid this place if they want a reliable and enjoyable pizza experience.

Excellent pizza! Must try the alfredo sauce on your pizza! Staff always smiling and fun atmosphere, outside seating is always fun when the weather allows. Drink menu is nice.
We’ve been coming here for years, and have had good experiences! We came on a busy night, put in our name and were told it may be about a 30 minute wait. It ended up being around 30 minutes when we got a text that our table was ready. While waiting to be seated, we saw 2 tables have to get up and continue to wait due to seating mistakes. We were then told that we would still have to wait due to mixups. We ended up leaving at that point because it is only getting later, places are closing and my kids are hungry!
