Pretty much a shell of what a business should be. Some of the drive-thru staff are still cool but yeah, it's rough. Makes me stay away from fast food which is great but I still order a Oreo McFlurry once in awhile.

If you're looking for human service, go elsewhere. There is nobody manning the counter now, and all orders are placed on the kiosk. Yet in this new world order, the drink machines and napkin dispensers are now behind the unmanned counter . . . So if you need a refill or a napkin, good luck. I get it if they don't want to staff an order counter, but it seems odd to remove any other self-service options from the dining area.

Have 2 small kids so we come here more than I'd like. I feel the overall quality of McDonald's food in general has gone downhill.
Service at this location is hit or miss. Orders are frequently incorrect.
Do love the new ordering kiosks where you can order everything yourself and be seated.

They cannot handle online orders. Waited in my car for 20-25 minutes and eventually had to come inside and beg for my food that the iOS app had claimed was already ready several minutes ago.

The new remodel makes it easier for staff to avoid lobby customers. When you finally see someone to ask about your 30 min wait when people who ordered after you have been given their food the staff screams at you. Instead of canceling/refunding the online order they cash it out.

I love coming here when making food at home just feels too lazy but everything has just gone downhill ever since they remodeled their interior the employees cannot see customers that need physical assistance and I’ve noticed a lot of people are upset from this. I’ve waiting personally myself 30 mins just to get assistance for a refill on a pop
