Ordered online said to be done at 3:15 went in and sat untill 3:45. Whole point of ordering online is to get in and out quicker not wait 30 minutes for two subs

A older couple came into the store , the gentleman had a service dog the guy with a tie die shirt on started yelling at the man to get he service dog out immediately!!!!! I Google to see if service dogs are allowed and yes they are !!! I showed to the guy behind the counter!!!! He rolled his yes didn't say anything!! But kept telling the man to get his dog out !!!!! Said it's a private owned store and the owner said get the dog out !!!!! He actually bullied the older man about the dog !!!!! If the owner reads this you best get your employees under control!!!!!!! Read the law !!!!!! And any employee who would yell at any customer should be fired immediately!!!!!! Any more info needed please contact me !!!

I bought a foot long Italian herb and cheese sub. Got home and tried to eat my sub. The bread was hard as a rock. I couldn’t eat it. I called to tell them about it and they said they wouldn’t do anything because I had taken a couple bites out of it. They said they updated their oven settings and that’s why the bread is hard. I guess I wasted $10.60 and I will never go to this location again. Do not go here the service was terrible

I get there is no competition in this area for food, but good lord! The worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had from any Subway. They didn't even warm my egg up. Flatbread was crunchy on the edges. Disappointing 😞

I went in for 2 subs and a cookie and had 20 dollars the total was 21 so i took of the supposed to be $.99 cookie and my total went down to 15 this girl tried to charge me 5 dollars for 1 cookie

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through. I thought I'd give them another chance but it was like this before. I left because after 20 minutes the I still wasn't at the window to pay yet. I was the second car in line. I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order.

Lighting was very dark, Counters and prep table were cluttered with crumbs and soggy vegetables. Employees didn’t seem to enthused to be there. Were out of both cookie footlongs but offered us cookies instead.

Their people don't listen to the orders at all and then you have to ask for the meat to be heated i had to ask 3x. . If I could leave a half star I would yall don't deserve any stars. Poor management and workers When we place an order we end up missing for what we ask for.

I get sick every time I eat here. Spoke with the manager who told me I was stupid for eating there. Then manager and employees responded with threats. Not a proactive way to handle outdated food.

Went to subway in Hart on 9/8/2024, ordered 3 foot long subs, when the girl went to put the fixings on she was so stoned she couldn't hardly function, she might as well just threw the whole thing in a bowl and mixed it up, most disgusting thing was her touching everything else with her gloves on and then touching our food, I will NEVER go back to subway again, for $35.00 it should be made right and not thrown together like pig slop.

When you spend $12 on s sandwich you expect a great one. Lower your expectations when come here. Subpar at best. When they make a sandwich there is nothing but bread for 1" on both sides.

Ordered a pizza sub and ot was made incorrectly twice. The lady who was remaking it was rude and confrontational. She would not look at the receipt to see what was ordered and kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell her what was wrong with it and also what was supposed to be on it.
