Ordered on text was a mistake. It got it wrong pizza and breadsticks were lukewarm when I picked them up so by the time I got home, they were cold.
I asked for extra cheese and extra mayo on my BLT pizza and there was barely any mayo on it. I had to add my own once I got home. I feel like it was a waste of time and money going here. Jets have been disappointing the last couple months.😔😔

Not going back to Jets, got a medium salad and a medium hand tossed pie. Asked to pick it up at 5:00 (yes, I know it's Super Bowl, but) I was told they couldn't set a pick up time, why? Too busy? I picked up my pizza 25 minutes after I placed order. No customer in parking lot, or in store for pick up. When i carried box or to car, i knew i!!! COLD. Crust was awful, very hard. I think a frozen pizza would have been a better choice!! When home, 10 minutes away, we tried microwaving our slices--tasteless and dry. How is a pizza dry? Shouldn't it ooze with sauce and cheese? I'm so sick of my $$ going in the garbage. Goodbye Jets, DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Advertising says slices, yet it’s a 15 minute wait. Why wouldn’t I just order a pizza in that time?

First time at this location, I called my order in ... When I got there I drove by the side of the place and was immediately sickened. The doors were covered from ground to roof in splatter and filth, trash everywhere. The front door was even scarier. The place is absolutely disgusting and the only reason I went in and paid was to be honorable for already ordering. Had I of seen this place prior I never would have even stopped. The pizza was below average for jets and I couldn't get through it knowing how dirty everything there is. Total waste. Whoever runs this place needs serious help. Your store is a scary disgusting excuse for a business.

I went in to place an order. The guy asked me what is the name on my order. I told him I hadn't placed an order yet. I told him I wanted a small, round pizza with beef and extra SAUCE. He asked if I wanted a deep dish. I repeated my order and he asked if I wanted a round pizza. I repeated my order for the third time. I got a small, round pizza with extra beef and barely any sauce. Was he high? I decided to try again a couple of days later and spoke with a girl this time. I called in my order for a small, round cheese pizza with extra SAUCE. I got a small, round pizza with extra cheese and barely any sauce. What is it that these people don't understand what EXTRA SAUCE is? I am very disappointed that twice in one week, I did not get what I ordered. Is this the best you can do? If it is, you need to close your doors because your help is not listening to what your customers want.

Ordered from Jets for the first time today! It took a little longer for the pizza to be delivered than I thought it would, but the wait was absolutely worth it! The food was warm and delicious

Jet's uses quality ingredients. I was disappointed by very little toppings from Okemos Jet's so preferred Marco's right nearby. However Jet's Haslett was not stingy with toppings & fast. They're pizza sauce is great but less used than most so consider getting extra. The New York style is nearly a thin crust & great Detroit style is a nice hot fired pan pizza too.
Recommended dishes: Eugene Supreme Pizza, 8 Corner Detroit Style

I can't say much about the atmosphere of this Jet's location, as I ordered take-out.Now the pizza itself...I've never had a Jet's, but I've been told by a handful of individuals that it is good pizza. I would rate it as decent pizza. It's not worth the price, in my opinion.I ordered their 8 corner pizza. It's very similar to Little Caesars deep dish. But at twice the price.The pizza is more dough than anything else. And I even ordered extra cheese.All in all, there is better quality pizza out there for the price one pays for Jet's.
