Last 2 times there with wife ordered 2 of the double burger value meals and 1 hamburger both times get home and have both value meals and no hamburger. At $1.89 per burger I guess that's the way to make Xtra money if they short enough people in a day.i guess u got to hold up the line and check everything there or take my business elsewhere were you get what you pay for

They really need to put on a friendly face and express some care towards customers, not to mention how slow the service is. Of course McDonald's is going down hill overall with service, but this one is poor. The bathrooms are scary too. I almost call corporate.

Your restaurant closed more than a half hour before its scheduled close. Checked the website and looked at the hours posted on the drive thru window. I went out of my way to go to this store and then had to go another 20 minutes out of my way. I hope management addresses this with the staff tonight. Picture shows my watch and the blacked out drive thru screen. I didn’t show up 5 minutes before close. I’m a former restaurant manager I know you have to clean the store at the end of the night. But shutting down over a half hour early is egregious.

This McDonald's is operated very poorly from a managerial point of view I could not imagine making my customers wait 10 minutes plus for a single coffee and a single hash brown yet every single time I come here that's exactly what happened not to mention the fact that after waiting for so long you think that the order would be right but it's not it's still wrong. The staff's excuse is that well there's just me back here when I can clearly see multiple people walking around in the back of house.

Trash on the floor and messed my order up several times. Undercooked burger. Customer sweped up an employees job of picking up trash in floor sweeping it into dust pan. Unbelievable.

Third time I’ve come here and received a complete random act of kindness from the workers. I am a single mom who brings my son in and that may be part of the reason if I had to guess but seriously this goes such a long way especially during the holidays thank you guys so much. Day and night shift employees as well too.

Love spending my money on food that’s been sitting. I mean, it’s one thing to get cold gross food quickly and another to wait 8 minutes for it after asking for it to be cooked to order. Literally just ordered a double cheeseburger and a big Mac at 11 o’clock right when lunchtime started.. I understand a lunch rush ..had to wait over 15 minutes just to get COLD
burgers, not one BUT BOTH and a coffee that did not taste right, when I ordered a caramel macchiato with EXTRA caramel syrup that tastes like straight black coffee. it’s nice to know this store doesn’t give you what you pay for and serves cold food. Maybe if the staff wasn’t talking so much they’d get orders out faster, DO BETTER

Services usually pretty good but lately it seems they have been up charging my daughter's Happy meals without asking or without me asking I'm a broke single mom so every penny counts it may seem small to a bigger drink

This is the worst place. You can go if you want to go there to eat. Everything is really slow. Um waited 8 minutes for a quarter ponder. And I probably should know it shouldn't be in it any. Way, but to have to wait that long and pay for it. I even went up and told my one to get my money back, and they finally came out with my food. And people need to start standing up against them and saying, no. Um, you know you can drive up to Burger King and get your food right away. You can't go up to McDonald's without waiting 1015 minutes for your food. By the time you get it, it's cold, not impressed, okay? There's enough for that rant. This is the mcdonald's in holt, michigan, remember boycottage

Very good serving time (not for 2 people they waited about 20 minutes) BUT my friends had got and received their food eating half of it and found blonde hair in her fries. 🍟 (my other friend brown hair in her burger 🍔 ) at this point THIS WAS DISGUSTINGLY EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE this was very bad because when we went to report it to cashier the employee says that we are lying and that there could be no possible way we have lost appetite and will never come back here again 1 star aka bad nasty service . IF YOUR READING THIS DONT GO .
