I made an online order. When I went to pick it up, I was kept waiting for 15 minutes while customers in line were served. Then, I was told they were out of bread and they wouldn't be able to complete my order. I've contacted the store 3 times for a refund and still have not received it. Corporate has not been helpful.

This Subway, more than any other that I've been to seems to always have multiple ingredients unavailable. The number of times that I go in there and they're out of all bread except for one, or out of ham like today at 12:15 on a Sunday. This seems to be a reoccurring issue which needs to be drastically addressed

Absolute worst Subway in the world. Employees slow and aloof. Subs are made poorly. Stuff like chicken and meatballs that are supposed to be hot are room temp. I implore you to visit a different location.

Wow, just terrible. Took forever to order (only ones in there), three open slices of turkey on yesterday’s bread, and apparently an inch of mayo. I can be done with subway permanently after this.

I sat there 10 minutes waiting for them to make my sandwich. Others had already been waiting longer than 15. Very poor service. Same place that owns the one in frandor!!!! Very poor management!!!!!!

Worst subway restaurant ever! Ever since it changed hands it’s gone downhill. Waited 35 minutes for an online order and they were not busy at all. Bread was tough and one sandwich had almost no cheese and sauce. This was the second time in the last month that I had a horrible experience. Will not return.

I have been here 3 times. The first time was a good experience but the last 2 have been terrible. Just the worst food and horrible bread. I am not much of a picky eater but both times since my first time coming here I come in usually around 11am-2pm and they are always out of certain things like meat balls or herb and cheese bread. Today was my 3rd time going in and I placed an online order. Not only was my order lost somehow by staff once they found it they didn’t have the bread, the meat for my sandwich or the cookies. When I did finally order something off the skeleton menu here the bread was absolutely stale and disgusting and the lettuce was brown. I doubt they replace or even refrigerate their food properly. And they definitely don’t keep their bread fresh. I am never coming back here again. At least the lady was nice to me though.

The only thing good about subway is reminiscing about how it used to be good. Today we got a meatball sub, we wanted a 12" but I'm not paying 13.99 for a crap sub. We got the 6" for 9 DOLLARS. There was 3 meatballs on it. Don't come to this subway, or any local. They don't care because they don't have to. They are all owned by the same people.

Zero is not an option.
I haven’t been to this place in months.
Just noticed the reviews.
All negative ones are spot on. Stay away from this place.
Last time I was there 3 employees didn’t speak English and the one that did was obviously new and hadn’t been trained.
Didn’t have meats available and one guy pretended to slice meat right in front of me.
It was pathetic!
Out the door I went and never went back.
