I have been here 3 times. The first time was a good experience but the last 2 have been terrible. Just the worst food and horrible bread. I am not much of a picky eater but both times since my first time coming here I come in usually around 11am-2pm and they are always out of certain things like meat balls or herb and cheese bread. Today was my 3rd time going in and I placed an online order. Not only was my order lost somehow by staff once they found it they didn’t have the bread, the meat for my sandwich or the cookies. When I did finally order something off the skeleton menu here the bread was absolutely stale and disgusting and the lettuce was brown. I doubt they replace or even refrigerate their food properly. And they definitely don’t keep their bread fresh. I am never coming back here again. At least the lady was nice to me though.

The only thing good about subway is reminiscing about how it used to be good. Today we got a meatball sub, we wanted a 12" but I'm not paying 13.99 for a crap sub. We got the 6" for 9 DOLLARS. There was 3 meatballs on it. Don't come to this subway, or any local. They don't care because they don't have to. They are all owned by the same people.

Zero is not an option.
I haven’t been to this place in months.
Just noticed the reviews.
All negative ones are spot on. Stay away from this place.
Last time I was there 3 employees didn’t speak English and the one that did was obviously new and hadn’t been trained.
Didn’t have meats available and one guy pretended to slice meat right in front of me.
It was pathetic!
Out the door I went and never went back.

Dietary restrictions: You pick what you want, even the vessel. So if you can do bread, let them know and they'll put on new gloves to make your bowl or salad.

What happened to this Haslett location. They are terrible now, I’ve given them 3 chances and each time we wait an inordinate amount of time to place an order while 2 or 3 employees linger in the back room. The ingredients, especially the lettuce is always brown, soggy and just awful. The last straw today I asked for items on the side so as not to sog out my sandwich that I’d be eating later and she just piled it on anyway. I asked for pickles on a salad and got two fistfuls—a little salad with your pickles…and nearly $40 later—crap food and service and the arrogance to ask for a tip. Sorry Subway—not going to this location anymore.

I am always disappointed by this Subway. The food is never good, the sub is always drowning in sauce so I ordered light sauce and it comes exactly the same. My sub is never made correctly, they are always out of certain things or say the ingredients are “bad”. The cookies are ALWAYS burnt and gross. I keep giving this location a chance since it’s only a mile from my house but I will be going out of my way to a different location if I ever want Subway again.

Significant evidence of a failing Subway location. Recommendation....don't waste your time. Waited +45 minutes numerous times waiting for my online order. Store is showing zero improvement months after recent changes.

Staff are terrible.. poor attitudes, yelling on the phone clapping hands about a store problem, another staff on the phone having conversations with personal relationships, audible to customers eating in the seating area… very unprofessional, won’t be sitting to eat my lunch here again..

Did order online. Went to pick it up and waited 40 minutes for them to make it. Only one person was making our big order. Three other employees were working beside her but didn't even help her. The sub's were not good at all.

Ordered in the app late on a Saturday & requested lots of lettuce on 1 & lots of onion on the other and they obviously read it. They were delicious and very full of ingredients!! :)

USE ANY OTHER SUBWAY. There was barely any meat or vegetables in my sandwich. It took almost 30 minutes past my pickup time for my order to be ready. And they were out of ingredients. At dinner time. On a tuesday. This franchise is a disgrace to the brand.

We ordered online for pickup. 45 mins from order placed to pick up.. Husband stood there for another 10 mins before they even told him they were out of one of the sub options. (So now 55 mins since order placed. ) husband had to repeat several times the new sub order option. Then they proceeded to make the rest of the order. Took over an hour just to get our order. Only to get home and there is basically nothing on the sub's. Subway corporation really does need to look into this site
