Not one but twice I’ve gone to this biggby and they 1.) refused to make me a sandwich because they were “swamped” and while I understand that, it’s your job to make drinks and food and if that’s what the customer wants they should be able to get that. 2.) I stopped in today after my last experience and ordered my coffee and breakfast got down the road a mile, and find they didn’t even give me the right order. There was 4 people in there and not one can do their job right?

So today I ordered the new cookie butter latte at the Caledonia location. I didn't taste it for a few miles down the road and it was awful. It wasn't sweet at all and only seemed to contain steamed milk and coffee. I stopped into the Hastings location and they were more than happy to make it right. This location is truly the best!!!

There is a long haired employee with messy hair down in his eyes. I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with him. It's called a hair net buddy. You work with food! Not to be confused with a couple of others with their hair always groomed and put up. They are always neat and very friendly. I've been told that management has been complained to before but nothing is being done. I don't like giving bad reviews. In fact, this is not a bad review but a poke in the rear to get the attention of someone to finally do something about it. A great place all but one.

Normally pretty good, however, went through today. Waited a super long time for Matcha green tea. Whoever made it did not know what they were doing. It was basically green milk and very disappointing!

Slowest place in town for coffee by far. 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order placed and and 10 to make them is insane with 2 cars in line and no one inside. Horrible service.

Had to wait over 40 mins for a take out sandwich. Probably should’ve just done a chargeback in hindsight and left.
Yes they were busy but there needs to be expectations expressed by the staff if they are unable to keep up with a Saturday rush.
Not telling customers there’s going to be longer than expected waits is how you lose customers at your location.
I have never been to a coffee shop that is this slow in the country.
Parking: One way parking. Not well designed.

Spent a long time in the drive thru line. It moved very slowly. I enjoy going o this Bigby but it has a reputation of being slow. Friendly customer service though. I recommend going knowing it's gonna be a wait. Still a good coffee shop and go there just not if I'm in a time crunch.
Pretty much your typical bigbys. However, the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the place was clean and neat. That says a lot, and today's day and age.

Christian was not clean working on our drinks. He kept getting his hair off his face and arms leaves all over the cups handling them. There were other customers sitting in the lobby and talking about how gross it was as he was touching and preparing our drinks.
