So today I ordered the new cookie butter latte at the Caledonia location. I didn't taste it for a few miles down the road and it was awful. It wasn't sweet at all and only seemed to contain steamed milk and coffee. I stopped into the Hastings location and they were more than happy to make it right. This location is truly the best!!!
There is a long haired employee with messy hair down in his eyes. I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with him. It's called a hair net buddy. You work with food! Not to be confused with a couple of others with their hair always groomed and put up. They are always neat and very friendly. I've been told that management has been complained to before but nothing is being done. I don't like giving bad reviews. In fact, this is not a bad review...
Spent a long time in the drive thru line. It moved very slowly. I enjoy going o this Bigby but it has a reputation of being slow. Friendly customer service though.
I recommend going knowing it's gonna be a wait. Still a good coffee shop and go there just not if I'm in a time crunch.
