Being on a Fixed Income I always buy promotions or meal deals. At other Fast Food Establishments it seems like I'm being punished for buying the Deals.. slapped together sloppily and sparse condiments. At BK in Hastings Michigan they have always been put together as they should And No Skimping on the Condiments.

I used to be a night manager at the plainwell Burger King so here’s some actual feedback lol. Came thru around 9:40pm. Good speed of service, order taker had patience with my dad (ty btw) & was friendly. Burgers were hot & good. Looked clean from DT window & remembered sauces. Only thing that sucked was the fries & cheesy tots tasted a little old, but I know how it is so tell Sam you guys deserve a raise. ✌️

We went to this Burger King at around 10 in the morning and the woman was extremely rude, she had said “I’ll get to you when I get to you” and we waited around 10 minutes to get food when there was almost nobody there. when she finally came over we had coupons from online. She had been very rude and said we had to have coupons present, although the issue with that was the way she said it, and so we didn’t end up getting food. I would not recommend this establishment and would recommend you to go to the McDonalds as they had wonderful service.

Hastings doesn't have much in terms of reliable quality for fast food. I love a good BK double cheese burger but it's always a roll of the dice when ordering. With such high menu prices we should know that we are getting fresh hot food every time. Although the staff is friendly, they miss more often than not with the quality. I understand that they are short staffed most days but if you improve quality, you improve sales, which in turn provides more money for staffing. PLEASE retrain your management and staff to keep quality at the top of their priorities. Its food service 101, people come for the food, it should be top tier. Hate to see this business suffer as McDonalds in Hastings is one of the best around. Hastings is a small community, all of our fast food should be top tier!!

My mother went here and the young girl taking our order became impatient with my mom , she is 90 and does not hear. I stepped in and redirected her attitude! My mom ordered chicken nuggets which were burnt she ordered brings and the onion rings were soggy and undercooked. There was no adult supervision. The teenagers were running the place. If you are making 15.00 an hour I would expect better. Do not eat at this Burger King

To is BK has gone down hill. Ordered a cheese burger and the bun was so burnt i had to spit it out. And you see the buns when you assemble everything why still give that to someone?! So i drove back through the drive thru since the doors were locked, and sat there for 17mins waiting because they were going so slow with only one car in front of me. Got up to the window and the guy acted annoyed that i wanted a new one. Then was just sitting there texting on his phone the whole time….no wonder it was slow! They need to have more help and better customer service!!

My wife and I stopped for Whoppers and onion rings. They were hot and delicious and the service at the drive through was great.
There was only 1 person running the entire store! He took our order, rang us up and brought our food out to the car, curbside! He did it in very good time!

If late, the buns on the Whoppers and whopper Jr. Have been very dry. Like the package has been left open and the buns have dried out. And the this isn't just one place it has been in Hastings and Charlotte
