I've been sitting in line for 20+ minutes, 1/26/26 for 4 burgers and a fry why so long, they didn't look busy The lady took 3mins trying to put on a lid and sticker for a Uber or grub ect.. what happened to fast food ??

current general manager allowed other managers to treat mentally different people as children with no respect or dignity or understanding.
current gm has her kids there all the time feeding her on the restaurants dime. Hired people on drugs and allowed them done at work.
someone either should shut the place down or completely redo all staff

Took 10 minutes sitting in drive thru for food. Food was cold and the wrong drink. I told the young boy who came out this wasn’t root beer. He said they were trying g to run the pop out. There was 5 onion rings in the order also. I said if that’s the case you shouldn’t sell it. He turned and walked away because obvious they don’t have it.

On 2 separate occasions this place has messed my order up just earlier today I ordered a double meat whopper and received a single meat whopper I paid 11.89 for it because I had cheese added I reported it to corporate I don’t think I will be going back to this store

I ordered chicken sandwiches. They did the opposite what I wanted. I wanted no lettuce and cheese. They made it with lettuce no cheese! Yuck!

Worst Burger King ever! They always mess up! Shouldn’t take ten minutes to have my food when there no other people in drive thru or behind me in front counter. People were just on there phones. Find employees that wanna work! Not be on there phones! Also, my shake barely had any chocolate in it. Sounds like people in there need to be re trained how to do there jobs! I normally don’t give bad reviews but everytime I come here there is something not made right for my order. Get it together!
