1-2-25 food came nice and hot, but the name was incorrect on our order. We received everything as needed.
Very busy today 7-4-24 at around 2pm which is understandable. Nonetheless, they were quick to get our order to us. Unfortunately, this rushing led to us not receiving our cheese curds. We turned around and the issue was resolved in minutes. Kind of a bummer that our side of the cheese sauce was pretty skimpy. The cup was less than half full.

The staff is great and very friendly. We used the app and curbside pickup. We normally use our Senior Discount, but this is not an option in the app.
The workers are very nice, i like them a lot. Good job on the work you all do and thank you for making customers more comfortable!

We came in and asked what the difference was between the chili and the supreme. The cashier goes " Oh I don't know. That's a kitchen question" and continued to look at us. We were like, can u ask? She went and asked the other girl and she was like "oh I have no idea." Then they both just looked at us. Shocking they didn't get the thought to ask the kitchen or anything. Luckily another woman heard us and told us. We then went to go get our drinks. None of the lids fit the small cup. The girl came with our food and we said none of these lids fit and we showed her. She then said " do u want me to get you a new cup?" We said yes please. She gave us a new cup and still none of the lids fit. She said " I don't know" and walked away. It was just disappointing that these kids were just are like "eh". No care.

Normally I love this place But tonight was a failure in the drive thru order 2 large soups told ok then she comes back says only enough for 2 medium I say ok no problem then comes back says no soup at all so fine stuff happens I have people waiting behind me but I order a fish dinner and shrimp I get home No Tarter sauce No cocktail sauce Guess for dinner I’ll eat couple frys because I also didn’t get to choose my side

I ordered and paid for my food. They swiped my card and told me to pull up. Then they sent two people out to tell me that I didn’t pay. They took my card again and went inside. Just then my bank app informed me that I had paid Culver’s. I went in and asked them not to run my card and showed them my bank app where I had paid. When I got home, they had run my card a second time. I called to have them make it right. They said owners would call me next day. I never heard from them… even after I sent them a letter. Pretty crappy company!!! Even worse owner. AVOID

Service was genuinely really nice! The employees were really friendly and helpful. AND the employees wear their own goofy costumes on Halloween, my favorite being the cashier rocking the cute shark onesie! 🦈 The employees are quick to prepare and deliver my food and I never experienced mistakes on any of my orders! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As far as atmosphere, could be better. Country music is always playing in the background which is not for everyone, but the place is incredibly clean, like you never get that icky feeling like you would with a McDonald's place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Overall this place is really nice! go here every week (mostly the drive through) and it's been consistently tasty and reliable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Forgive me if I demolish the spelling of her name, but I assume she is relatively new…the woman named Sicily who took mine and my fiancés order…was so pleasant and good at her job. She repeated everything to ensure we had everything on the order correct, she laughed, kinda made fun of herself a little bit during taking the order and she made my fiancé and I laugh too. Her overall tone felt to us like she cared. I am usually pretty disappointed at customer service at most fast food places because employees I feel don’t care at all about doing their best, they are just there for a paycheck and have no idea what customer service is all about. I honestly wish I thought to give her a tip for her being wonderful. It’s not very often I feel compelled to walk inside after ordering to find out the name of a person to give them a good review. I hope the way of the world and its current people doesn't take her service skills away from her. People are pretty entitled and nasty most of the time and I hope she gets to read this and know that there ARE people who appreciate the job she does.

I come a lot because it's near my house. Everyone says hello as soon as you walk in. Natalie is a sweetheart. The restaurant, parking lot and outdoor seating area are always clean. Culver's need to install automatic doors for the handicapped people. I've recently had shoulder surgery so I usually ask customers who are going in or coming out to open the door. If not I use my good arm. The doors are very heavy.
Parking: Can't say it handicapped accessible because the doors are not automatic.
Normally, LOVE Culver's. But these turtle sundaes were so stingy. We ordered the three scoop because we wanted BIG. What we got was probably less than two normal scoops. Pretty sad. Definitely not worth giving up my love affair with Culver's over. But next time, I will send it back and say "Try, try again."
