Could not eat the chicken strips, over cooked, dark and dry greasy nasty tasting. The hamburger was just ketchup and mayo. But they made sure i had the pickle.

Normally have no issues. Came through the drive thru tonight. Placed an order online for my banana split to be made with chocolate instead of vanilla. They made it wrong and when they realized, the guy at the window asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes. The girl that was making ice cream threw her hands in the air and had a bad demeanor about having to remake it. When the young man at the window handed it out, he then proceeded to lick his fingers. It was a rough experience tonight.

Your employee, Emma P., needs a raise. Sweetest girl, and works very hard, unlike the other kids that were working the floor tonight. I watched 2 kids stand around complaining to their friends about their schedules and horsing around, while every table inside was filthy and trash all over tables and the floor. Meanwhile, Emma was manning the counter, making the food, and delivering it to the customers out on the floor, like an absolute champ! Never once saw her smile leave her face. Very pleasant person to interact with!

I ordered a large Butterfinger flurry and received a Snicker flurry instead. There was so little candy in it I had a hard time tasting what kind of flurry I was given. After most of it was eaten I finally decided that it was in fact Snickers candy.
High prices, mixed with low quality isn't a good recipe for business. Highly disappointed.

Been there multiple times and the food was out quickly each time along with great customer service. The staff seemed young so I didn’t expect such hospitality but these kids rocked it! Thank you Hastings DQ!!!
I’ve gone there several times in the past few weeks for lunch, and several times I’ve had to go back inside, and have the kids who are working in there remake my order cause either they can’t read, or don’t know what certain things are. Today, 5-8-25, I went in there and ordered 2 hamburgers, ONLY KETCHUP, not pickles, not mustard, not onions, ONLY KETCHUP!!! Mind you I only have 30 minutes for lunch! First burgers I got had Ketchup, pickles, and mustard on it. I go back in, I have them fix it! I go back out to my vehicle with the 2nd set of burgers, these had MUSTARD AND KETCHUP! Ok, where do you get MUSTARD & KETCHUP from JUST KETCHUP?!! I go back in, the guy that made them is starting to give me an attitude! Finally on the 3rd try they got it right! The manager needs to either 1 have a mandatory meeting with his employees, or start overseeing the operations down there! Today was completely unacceptable, START READING YOUR ORDERS CORRECTLY!!
