I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and bbq wings. When I received my order there was no cheese on the pizza. ok how but what ever. Opened the wings. No bbq sauce. ok...look at the reciept...how did i order it with no cheese? still It states that i ordered bbq wings but these were plain. I bit into the wing and hoiy mary they were hot. I called the store. The first person said I ordered the pizza with out cheese so there is nothing they can do. I hung up and called back. The next person stated I ordered the pizza that way even though the wing wee wrong, they were not going to do anything. I used to be a multi unit manager in the Jackson. Ann arbor area. I am new to Hastings, and this is the way new customers are treated. You basically told a new customer that "hey you didnt get what you wanted but i got your money. eat it". I did post a complaint to franchise services. Personally I dont want to hear from any of you. I will hear from some of my friends at corporate that I worked with for over ten years. Yes you have my 25.00, but you lost thousands.

My husband's pizza was pretty good. Thank goodness because the buffalo chicken pizza was inedible. It had 2 pieces of chicken on it and a few shreds. It was supposed to be double meat. They just poured a gob of buffalo on top. Looked more like a soup bowl. Very disappointed.
UPDATE: I called the number to make this right so I could edit my review. Unfortunately it seems to have been a waste of my time. I am not able to add any stars. Nobody ever contacted me.

We order a pizza and it was not correct, when we called to get it remade and delivered they told us they didn’t have any delivery drivers available and we would have to come back and get it ourselves. The Manager would not offer us anything for the inconvenience of our order being wrong and having to wait and get a new one. There are plenty of other pizza places in town!

Very disappointing have been a customer for years. In the last 3 times have ordered it has been wrong. 1st time I ordered a large and extra large. The employee tried giving me a large and a medium in a extra large box. I pointed it out and was told the gave my pizza the wrong person so he thought it would be ok. I thought it was a fluke so I went back. The next visit they put wrong crust flavor. Ok little thing. Tonight on 6-19-24 I ordered 2 medium pizzas get home and the flavors of crust is wrong on both pizzas. Also the crust is 4 inches wide. They don't care about the quality anymore. Will never order again. I would recomend you check your food before leaving.

I have been a customer for over 8 years at the same residence. have never called with a problem even though there has been multiple times,(covering pizza in food glitter multiple times when never asked)(the pizza arriving to me with the cheese and pepperoni completely smushed to one side of the box)Last night I ordered and tipped 10$ through card and never got my pizza. I called them once for the first time and let them know and they said “best we can do is give you 40% off next order”Also for the cherry on top I know someone that used to work there and when his/her coworkers don’t like how a phone call went, they actually “spit in the food/rub the plunger on it from the bathroom.”
Oh my goodness our food was so fresh and so very delicious! Thank you for a wonderful meal and fantastic service!!!
