I used to think this place was a better one but lately when I come thru nothing is right, ordered a big Mac no lettuce and pickles got both on it same order, had 2 cheeseburger happy meals, gave us nuggets instead, the order was put in correctly so the grill and baggers stuck at their job. I worked every position at McDonald's for 6 years . . It's not that hard to get orders right!!! Seriously just gotta pay attention to THE MANY SCREENS, that have the order on it

My app said I didn't place an order for my free reward, one of the managers stepped up to help me and gave me a free cheeseburger, my order was placed but it never went through the screens. 10/10 customer service, I would have turned someone away.

I just went to McDonald’s and got the Minecraft meal, okay fine. I am drinking my Coke which is a dark drink obviously. The lid was on the whole time till I get to this point because I like to chew ice. There is multiple little bugs in there 🤮🤮

My girlfriend went to pick us up an order, her lunch and a shake for me. But her drink was missing about an inch of liquid, and my shake...well I don't even know what kinda crap I got. If someone F'd it up and tried to fix it, but it was 75% white like vanilla with a mound of green on top. Idk how in a clear cup with a kind of iconic drink, multiple people could see it and no one questioned it. This McDonald's definitely dropped in quality pretty significantly.

Just got the worst meal from here, burgers were cold, no sauce for nuggets and the fries were cold and didn't seem quite done!! This a frequent thing last few months so after 7/8 pm I will start choosing a different place to order from.. sad the way prices are going up, everywhere, seems quality goes down .. Edit: one of my kids just here and yesterday afternoon he went thru Hastings McDonald's and SAME thing, burger cold and fries, cold, under cooked,no salt so apparently not just a night shift thing. Those fries yesterday were straight up disgusting! As I said I don't do reviews like this unless reoccurring thing ..

Came in for a to go order. Two cars in the outside Lane and zero cars on the inside lane. So I chose the inside Lane.The attendant asked if I could hold for a quick second. Responded yes. StaffTook both outer Lane orders and never responded back to me... So I left. Very uncommon.. Morning staff is very attentive.

This is definitely one of the better McDonald's that I have been to. I would recommend anybody wanting a bite out to eat real quick stop in here fast and friendly and clean.
