This McDonald's is straight garbage got a quarter pounder and I was served a whole bottle of ketchup in a box mind you i was wearing a fresh white shirt and only opened the box as all this ketchup in it spills all over my shirt then I call and explain the situation and the manager starts laughing like it's a joke I don't wish this bs on you as a consumer don't waste your time nor money unless you want it wasted.

Hands down one of the Best McDonald’s in Michigan! Service is always friendly and drive through moves along quickly. I visit here at least a couple of times a week and they keep the same momentum every time with Fresh food! I believe they only have 3.9 Stars because enough people don’t leave a review and most who do are just being unnecessary! Literally probably 1 out of 3 I would recommend

The Hastings (Michigan) McDonald's is the absolute worst McDonald's I've been to in my lifetime. Orders are always wrong, or missing items. I've been overcharged. I've had to deal with unreasonably rude employees. The place is filthy. The bathrooms/urinal cakes can be smelled in the dining area. Management is non-existent, and when they get your order wrong they don't even care. A girl on a Saturday morning shift actually threw my money at me after I PROVED TO HER THAT SHE OVERCHARGED ME AND SOME FOOD ITEMS WERE MISSING. I'll never do business with this dump again. EVER! REPLACE YOUR MANAGERS AND RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. YOU'RE MCDONALD'S, A WORLD-WIDE CORPORATION... HOLD YOURSELF TO A HIGHER STANDARD!!! AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE URINAL ODOR!

atmosphere was absolutely wonderful! This store is ran by an amazing caring manager! We were checked on to see if our food was good and if we needed anything. food was fresh and hot. This place has really turned around well with new positive management and quick food!
