Never got our food. My mom (82yrs) & I have gone there on Tuesdays almost weekly for over a year. We have always enjoyed the atmosphere. Tonight the waitress, Ky was the rudest person I have met . We waited for 45 minutes & still didn’t have soup & burger. When I asked about it Ky got very defensive. She told me there was a pool tournament & a table of 12. I said ok… how long before our food is ready. She said I can comp your food if you want… I will check to see how long. FYI Ky was not our waitress. She walked away & I am trying to explain to my mom want she said. She came back very rudely & told me she could hear me. I said okay… she said again I will comp your food.. I said ok. Then our original waitress tried to bring our food to us. Ky said NOPE they don’t want it! I said what are you talking about, I never said that. Yes you did! No I DID NOT say that. The person with our food took our food away. Ky continued to stand at our table degrading my mom & I… yelling nope you said you didn’t want it… just pay for your drinks & leave. WOW never ever been treated by an establishment in this way. We paid & left. We will never go back. I’m sorry they chose to employ a person so hateful. Had never encountered her before on our Tuesday nights… but then she claims she has worked there for a LONG time on Tuesday nights. I guess my mom & I were just lucky up until tonight .?
