Definitely one of if not the nicest pizza guy I've ever seen. This spot has the class of a red robin or even an olive garden. The pizza was hot and so fresh that the cheese was super stringy and it was perfect. The crust just wasn't as crispy as my gal and I like but other than that.....

An Employee gave out my friends personal number just to call and harass them & then proceeded to tell someone to "unalive themselves".By all means if thats the type of people youre hiring that's a problem.

We stopped on November 3rd at about 4:00. There was one table waiting for food. No one was around. I walked to the kitchen door so I could be seen. We waited by the door to be seated. After about 5 minutes, we sat at a table right there. The waitress brought some food to the one table that was there. She finally brought us menus and said we need to follow the rules in a not so nice tone. We left. Apparently, she didn't want to wait on anyone. Don't think we'll be back there.

Boycot pizza hut in hastings. This business needs to go down like KFC. They can't force you to do carry out because they're short handed. Bad business practices and poor customer service

We spend 50 to 100 dollars easily every time we come here, the last two times my wife ordered the pizza they have put the wrong sauces on the pizza and we had to pay for the extra sauce we never got either, I was hoping the last time was a fluke but they did it again I’ve went to call up there both times and they aren’t answering the phones, I’m not pleased we spend this much money on food to not have it made right or drive the half hour back to at least have it corrected.

Absolutely terrible service. My family & I waited 20 minutes to be seated at a sticky table with dirty menus. We left after 16 minutes because the waitresses were busy debating on who would take the drink orders.

Got to the Restraunt and asked if they would take my Pizza Hut coupon and the waitress took it to the back and came back and said she would .. later and right before our pizza was ready , she came back and said that they would not honor it .... they don't take it per the boss they called..what the hell kinda place is this ? They don't take a Pizza Hut coupon ? My bill was way way more because of this And had I have been told no in the first place I would not have gotten the meal !!!!! Never coming here again !!!

Delicious meal! We got a 2 pizza, 3 topping meal deal with breadsticks. Also had points for a free breadstick. Ordered online and it was hot and ready in time specified. Used drive thru. Fast, efficient and very friendly young man at the drive thru window.
