Idk who orders their trucks but they suck at their job when I go there they're constantly out of things and it's not just a one time occurance it's constantly. Like you guys know you do quite a bit of business it's not like you're slow you should be increasing the orders of stuff you run out of or does the truck person not know how a restaurant operates. Sincerely someone who worked in a kitchen for ten years

The chalupa's were very stale. When my order was ready it was just thrown on the counter and my name yelled out. They couldn't even hand it to me. The inside of the store was very cold and uninviting. The kids were more interested in what they were going to do this weekend than they were the customers. And the price... OMG I about fell over when I found out it was $15 for two chalupa's and a med drink. It might not have been so bad if the service had been good and the food wasn't stale. I'll never go back here again.
To be honest I simply avoid Taco Bell due to very poor quality and quantity of food over the years here in Grand Rapids. As I am a insulin dependent diabetic and I was going by a Taco Bell I went in out of necessity. At this Taco Bell I got what Taco Bell actually claims to sell. The food was hot, fresh, not greasy, the right portion at a fair price. On top of it all it actually tasted pretty good. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick and got the order right the first time.I might even try a Taco Bell in Grand Rapids just to see if things have changed.

Ben T is the best server I’ve ever had a Taco Bell. He was extremely polite, fast, and maintained a smile. I can tell that he is a determined young man who has a high work ethic, and cares about the quality and standard of his product. Our food was hot and fresh. I wish my local Taco Bell was this good! Every Taco Bell would benefit from having a Ben T on their team.
