Always my go to gore a tasty, quick meal for a good price. You can't beat the value menu, especially the Loaded Nachos and the Chicken Enchilada Burrito! Wide variety of food and good price point, for the most part. They also get you through the line rather quickly.

We went to Taco Bell in Hastings Michigan and went men’s bathroom and the toilet handle was broken and went workers and tell the manager then the manager didn’t took a look at it.
Update we went there again, slipped three times, saw a employee picking up garbage went back in the kitchen with dirty gloves on and never washed hands and changed gloves, bathroom were dirty, floor's hasn't mopped, tables, were never been cleaned, food and dirt swept into a corner and employees walked away

Ordered online today, went to pickup 1/2 hr. later, no order received even tho I had confirmation on the app and email. So I ordered the exact same thing for $17.23 and used my cc. When I checked my cc account I was charged 3 times. Called the hastings taco bell and the manager told me I had to get my own refund, he wouldn't even give me his name. I'm pissed. Now I have to get ahold of my bank to get my refund. I did respond on the app. But don't expect much from them.

They have done away with personal taking orders. This is pure disrespect to the customers that don’t understand computers. No one around to help assist. They are to j retested in getting drive thru orders instead fine in customers. And they still can’t get the order correct when food is called for pick up. And the handicap ramp was not shoved for the handicap ones.

Sometimes you get a properly wrapped burrito, nice and thick. Other times you get a falling apart mess thats shaped like a square that got pegged against a tree. Not to mention half the time they put barely anything insidethem. You might get 12 pieces of steak or 3. They need to step up training for sure.

Food was raady on time and special orders correct. Order ahead so it was ready when we arrived. Decided to eat inside. Seating is pretty cramped and tables were not clean. Lots of reciepts and debris on floor at the order counter. Used restroom and it was very dirty. Makes you wonder how the food service area is kept.

Love TB soo much the food is awesome, but they frequently like to forget food or make them wrong. I got a Cantina Chicken Bowel and the rice was far too hard for me to eat (will never get that again) now I get the Grilled Cheese Steak Burrito but they gave me the spicy fritos ones instead.. not what I asked for.

Legit baffled. Placed an online order & it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up 35 min later and my order was not ready. The employee I spoke with said he didn’t that’s my order and maybe I ordered from a different Taco Bell. I didn’t. They eventually found my order number and said they’d start working on it. There were at least 5 tables in the restaurant waiting for their food. A woman said she had been waiting 30 min inside but drive thru orders were being fulfilled. Finally at 730- an hour after I placed my order I told them I give up and I’ll be disputing the charge on my card. There is ZERO excuse for fast food to take an hour plus

Never makes my food right and they take forever to make it plus if they mess up and you call them the next day when they open if you go there late they will treat you like your trying to get over on them and scamming them it was a VERY horrible experience

I moved back to Hastings after being away for a few years and there Taco Bell sucks. They always get my order wrong. I ordered supreme tacos with no tomatoes, there is tomato’s. I ordered a burrito with no beans, there is beans. They put the sour cream all the way on one side. Whenever I order a grilled cheese burrito without sour cream they still put it on. I also always say thank you and the staff never says anything back. They are also always out of things.
