If you want your order screwed up this is the place to go. Can't tell you how many times I've went there and ordered a burger with just ketchup and it clearly shows it on the screen as only ketchup and it has everything on it. Of course I don't know til I'm home and not driving all the way back to wait to get another burger. So plenty of money wasted.

Why was breakfast burrito, hash, brown, and a discounted $.99 coffee from my app so expensive? This was eight dollars I wouldn’t have got the food if I had known it was gonna be that much.

McDonald’s is one of the most iconic and globally recognized fast-food chains, with a presence in over 100 countries. Known for its golden arches and a menu that balances convenience with comfort food, McDonald’s has earned its place as a staple in the fast-food industry. Here’s a detailed review, considering various aspects of the experience, from the food to the service and the atmosphere.
Food Quality and Variety:
McDonald’s menu offers a diverse range of options, catering to a wide variety of tastes and dietary preferences. The brand is especially known for its signature items, such as the Big Mac, the Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and the Chicken McNuggets. The Big Mac, with its two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a sesame seed bun, is a classic that has stood the test of time. The Quarter Pounder, made with fresh, never frozen beef, is a slightly heartier alternative with a more substantial patty.
The fries, arguably one of McDonald’s most beloved offerings, are thin, crispy, and lightly salted, providing the perfect balance of crunch and softness. The McFlurry, which combines soft-serve ice cream with candy or cookie mix-ins, remains a fan favorite for dessert.
So it’s good, try it 👍🏻

McDonald in Hemlock MI can't ever get an order right. They either give the order to someone else and try to use whatever excuse or they flat out don't give you half your order or you pay extra to add something and they don't add it. Half the time they think happy meals don't come with toys or Bacon Quarter Pounders don't have bacon and so on.
If you want to pay for half of what you order, then this is a great place to go to. If you want to pay for and get exactly what you order, I would advise not to come here.

No complaints besides I just don't enjoy pulling ahead to wait for my "hot fries " fresh whatever" And the 11 people behind me are not getting fresh food? .... why am I alone here on the for front? Your gonna look me in the eye, and tell me no one behind me got fries?!

McDonalds is generally a safe bet with some reliable choices. You can get nuggets, a coffee drink, ice cream, or cheeseburgers but only if you're lucky at this location. I am not exaggerating when I say I haven't been able to get a coffee drink there in years as the "machines are turned off for cleaning" every time I've been in.
Unfortunately, McDonald's is the only place open early mornings and late evenings in Hemlock. But it really doesn't matter, it seems, when you go. The service is consistently terrible and the menu is always limited.
Today was the last straw for me. I stopped at the drive through to pick up breakfast for my mother and nephew before 7:00 am. It was not busy. Still, they managed to only give me part of my order. When I got to my mother's house, I discovered that I was missing one of the sandwiches i paid for. Perhaps that's a good thing because the other sandwich was literally inedible. The biscuit was as hard as a rock and the sausage was greasy in the middle and spongey and tough on the edges. If I had to guess, I'd say it was re-heated after sitting out. Do they have a microwave? It seemed like it was reheated in a microwave for too long.
After not getting any breakfast this morning due to this error, my nephew asked to get dinner this evening after working a 12 hour day. Since McDonalds is the only place to get food at that hour, on our way, I reluctantly took him. We ordered 2 different items and were told they could be made but both would be a 5 minute wait, so I declined and got somethign else. When we got to the window to pay, we were then informed that it was going to be about 4 more minutes for fries. Seriously.....same wait! Why was it even an issue in the first place then?! Why is it always an issue with this place?
Then we get to the pick-up window. We are literally the only customer at the restaurant besides someone at a table inside. We are told to pull ahead to wait for our order to be brought out. I asked why since we were the only ones there. The young lady then rudely threatened to cancel my order if I didn't pull ahead saying it ruins her drive through time and she's "doing her job." That was when I got pissed off . NO. What ruins your drive through times is the time it takes you to prepare an order. I suspect that takes you so long because of poor management and training. Having cars pull ahead to stop the timer is not giving an accurate picture of service times. I pulled around anyway because the kid was hungry.
I am sure that I swore as I pulled away because I was really upset about the compounding poor service at this point. The young lady came out to the car then after a few minutes and did not have our order. She had my money and refused us service claiming it was because I swore as I pulled off. (*Management note...this is not an effective de-escalation technique.) I tried to have a conversation about the poor service with her and she kept interrupting me. I asked about when you can expect to get the food items on the menu. Do you have to come at dinnertime to actually eat? She actually said that yes, that would be a good idea. So, expect a limited menu outside of traditional meal hours, I guess.
One thing is clear here. The workers are more interested in faking their drive through service time than in actually serving their customers. I hope that the competition when the new Taco Bell down the street opens will encourage the employees to take more pride in their work. For now, they can f-off with this nonsense.

Tonight, I had the worst food from McDonald's in Hemlock, Michigan. I order a half and half tea/lemon aide and it had black things in it. I was informed that these were coffee ground. They me a new one that was worse then the first. I also had a deluxe spiçy McCrispy. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The bun it sat on was burnt. It was as if you toasted it for 20 while you chatted about last night party. The atmosphere isn't the great either. Over where you can get your drink there was gum stuck on the floor. Also the music that was played made my family feel like we were at a rave. Not family friendly music at all if all they are sing about is drinking and booty. I think, I should stick to going to the St. Louis McDonald's at least I know none of the above would happen to me ore my family.
Lost me as a customer

What happened to this location?
As a frequent customer of this local McDonald's, I've noticed a significant decline in order accuracy over the past year. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the frequency of errors with my orders has become unacceptable.
This location used to excel in getting orders right, but recently, it's been a different story. I've experienced multiple issues such as missing sandwiches and receiving wrong items. The most recent mistake occurred yesterday when I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy but was given a Big Mac instead. The Big Mac was even placed inside a McCrispy container. How does that even happen? I understand that the fast food industry can be tough work; I have also worked in food service and retail before. I know how it is, but there is just no excuse for this level of carelessness.
My order didn't even contain a Big Mac. How do you take a Big Mac and place it inside a Mcrispy container without even realizing it? It's frustrating, especially when purchasing one of the more expensive items on the menu (Like a deluxe Mcrispy...) and receiving something entirely different. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service.
