Update: I just looked over your reviews. Is anyone in McD management review these? Majority of reviews are negative. Unfortunately...my review is not positive. Stopped in to try McDs' new chicken strips. Two words come to mind. Cat food. These things are your chicken mcnuggets remolded into a different shape. Im not sure what is in your mystery mix..but it doesnt pull apart easy and it doesnt look like chicken. I hadnt been here in a while since the time I was going to order a couple hash browns and I found out the cost was near 6 dollars. Not very family oriented regarding cost. I was glad to see your cost for water was minimal compared to Freelands Mcdonalds that charges 2 dollars for a glass of water even with things being ordered. I think the golden arches are unfortuneatly looking more like the fallen arches.

It's too expensive now but the staff was nice, their lobby pop machine was busted so they had to give me a pop refill from the fancy drive through machine. Instead of giving me a small size they gave me another large, which I thought was nice.

Very friendly staff but did have to pull into a waiting spot and wait for them to bring the rest of our food out that wasn't ready.

I knew better than to stop at this location, but I was extremely hungry. I ordered the filet of fish meal with extra tartar. They always charge for the extra tartar but NEVER put it on the sandwich. Today was no exception. No extra tartar, the bun was hard, fries were cold, and no ice in my pop. The girl in the drive through was too high to speak!

So, I was at this McDonalds this morning and had to pull to the front of the store to wait for my meal. This happens every single time I visit this McDonald’s. After waiting which seems like forever they bring out my order with my order messed up. Mind you, this whole time, there was no one behind me. If anything, they are consistent.

Just got an iced caramel macchiato and a breakfast sandwich. It took 15 minutes and idk what they gave me for coffee but it was the worse thing I’ve ever drank. Assuming the machine broke but at that point why hand me something I didn’t pay for. Maybe ask if I want something else? Behind dissatisfied.
I’ve never had any issues with this McDonald’s and I get my grandson a Happy Meal quite often. Tonight I was so disappointed in this place. I placed my curbside order at 6:06. It was just a Happy Meal and pop. Sure it was busy but at 6:15 I still hadn’t gotten my food. They sent me a message that said it would be out shortly. I called them at 6:18 and it took them 2 minutes to answer the phone! They verified my order, said it would be right out. It was STILL another 5 minutes, so it wasn’t even ready after more than 20 minutes!! The apology sounded very insincere and was barely audible. I probably should have gone inside but it’s very cold and windy and I expected it out any second.

If you want your order messed up, you went to the right place. Their fries are never fresh they are always burnt, very salty or have been sitting there for 3 hours without being changed. I’ve gone back to get fresh fries because mine were left over fries and soggy and the new ones I had got they were burnt. I will take the extra 10 mins and go to the sheilds McDonald’s. You would think with all of these bad reviews they would do something! Everyone I’ve talked to has had nothing good to say about this McDonald’s!

If you want your order screwed up this is the place to go. Can't tell you how many times I've went there and ordered a burger with just ketchup and it clearly shows it on the screen as only ketchup and it has everything on it. Of course I don't know til I'm home and not driving all the way back to wait to get another burger. So plenty of money wasted.
