So disappointing. I’ve tried so many times because it’s close and convenient but I’d literally rather drive 20 minutes away for decent food and service. They have messed up my orders more than they’ve gotten them correct. I love how on the app you can make customizations to certain ingredients in foods, but at this location it’s pointless because they never listen. What if I were allergic to a certain item that I took out, but they put it in there anyway? I understand now and then, but they are always so terrible. The shells to chalupas are always stale and seem so old, the meat is crunchy, nothing is ever fresh. I’ve wasted so much money giving them chance after chance. And the staff? They hate their job and show they couldn’t care less to be there. If you tell them something’s wrong, they get defensive and rude. Always forgetting the straws is what sends me through the roof. Today really sent me over the edge when all 3 of my items were wrong. No cheese on outer layer of my GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO. I got a spicy potato soft taco which is made by the sauce it comes with right? No sauce. This sauce was also missing from the grilled cheese burrito. If out, why not say something? Give me an alternative? I have seriously lost all patience with this location.

Just isnt anything that tastes right here food is horrible even if u get the right order which may never happen im 0 for 5 theres always something wrong today i got a diet mountain dew when i ordered a pepsi its over priced dog food in my opinion sad used to love taco bell now i wish theyd all close there doors its shameful and food that probly shouldnt be consumed by humans or dogs alike

every single time I have ordered from there they’re rude, my order is always messed up, they don’t know how to wrap or even make a quesadilla right it’s absolutely not that hard. coming from someone that works at another Taco Bell this is the worst Taco Bell food I’ve ever seen, my cinnamon twist are always old same with the chips and cheese tasting disgusting. I try to give it another chance every time but every time it’s horrible.

Every time I get food from this Taco Bell the staff is not very inviting and the portion sizes of the food is way less then I get from any other location, I’ve tried food from here multiple times and have been underwhelmed every time, which is a shame because I was excited to get a Taco Bell in Hemlock.

I ordered a cantina chicken bowl with an extra rice and extra sauce. There is less than normal portions of everything with no extras of what was asked. I also ordered the 9$ box and received no burrito and my chalupas were mostly empty with 3 small bits of chicken in each but ateast they put a metric ton of onions in it. Trash. I thought I went to Taco Bell not chipotle. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE.
I have been in hemlock about 5 times. Always dissappointed. The food does not taste like other taco bells they are dry and tastless.Today chalupas shells were too hard to chew and dry. Like others say, lack of meat and cheese too. But still DRY! I will avoid going from now on. Hemlock.....wake up before its too late. What a shame.

I've tried hemlock taco bell 3 times and every time they have been awful. I get extra meat and veggies on everything and they barely give me a serving size. They also don't care if I say dairy free because it still comes with cheese. The Freeland location is by far way better and much more accommodating.

Ya know what, I can't complain. Ordered online and picked up a few minutes later. Was ready and sitting on the pick up shelf. Nothing was messed up and had average meat and toppings compared to other Taco Bells. Bonus for not skimping on the nacho cheese cups.
