Manager Lauren is terrible , rude , unprofessional- hung up on me ! I ordered food at 8:29 and the delivery driver just left at 9:50! Poor driver waited over 25 minutes for the food - willing to bet it’s not gonna be slightly warm ! Do better lift ! Not the first issues we’ve had here ! Maybe if you’re SOO BUSY turn off your DoorDash iPad !

Smoked meats were outstanding. Service kept buffet stocked and hot until we ran out of beef brisket. The banquet hall was chilly during the company Xmas party. Ran out of chairs for my date to sit so he stood at the table during his meal. We left early and skipped playing the games on account of feeling uncomfortably cold inside. Maybe we'll try again in summer.

As a door dash driver this is the only restaurant in the area I pause for orders. They do not have designated staff who take care of their carryout orders and unfortunately every time I've come for an order I wait a minimum of 15 minutes before door dash unassigns me. This means the poor customer, when their food is done, it is likely sitting for a long time and cold once they get it.

Everyone is always super friendly, it's always clean and the Alfredo, Chicken lemon Rice soup and pretzels with garlic dip are AMAZING!!
