Disappointed to the max. If you’re gonna charge people $5.71 after tax for a drink than at least teach your staff how to properly make them. I wish i would have known id be getting a medium cause at the point i would have just gone to starbucs for the same price and amount. Not only that i had to say hello at the drive thru speaker to even be acknowledged, i wouldnt be that mad cause i understand McDonalds is usually teen ran but its 2pm on a Tuesday. All of you are full grown adults and should care more about your job or at least understand the basics of your training.

I ordered a frappe and it took over 25 minutes to receive because of lack of employee's. Someone needs to make the call to close the store. Don't stay open and make people wait for the amount of time just to make a sale

Honestly this McDonald's sucks 😞 every once in a while they are on top of their game but not very often. I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out why they just can't get it right.

6 years later and still nothing has improved. Fries are usually salty as ever but this time I don't think there was any and probably the worse part was the fact they were cold. I ordered online and still had to wait for my order and they still forgot my son's(2yr old) choc Milk for his kids meal hi is burger was also looking overcooked to the point he only eta the top bun and tried throwing the burger to the floor. I seriously wonder how they stay in business with this bad of service. $38 worth of food and still not truly happy with the way this experience was. Had it been a door dash o4der something would probably have still gone wrong.

Its always been consistently terrible. Nobody argues the food is great to begin with ; but, Takes another step off a cliff going to this location. We avoid it and go either way down 59 to better locations.

This particular location seems to always be busy. It takes a long time to get food but the workers are always busy working hard to get food out as fast as they can. Your standard McDonald's food.
They took long asf like they took 15+ mins to make a mcchicken it wasn’t busy they told me to pull up to the window and I watched 4 cars behind me get their food first

Waited in drive thru for 10 mins for them to get the girls order next to me that literally just pulled up behind the other person who just had their order taken. It was literally my turn. All I went for was a 50 cent double cheeseburger because I haven't had anything to eat in 2 days because I'm broke from bills!! Thanks for wasting my time!

Ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals with extra ranch. What I got: 2 cheeseburger happy meals with 1 ranch. Burgers were fully loaded. Cashier was unhappy.

Then, I order other food. I ordered two McChickens, no lettuce and extra mayo, and a Filet ‘o Fish meal. I get home, the McChickens had lettuce and barely any mayo.
Good luck to anyone who goes here. This is not the first time I’ve had issues here and it certainly won’t be the last.
