Whoever has been making my subs lately deserves a raise, a bonus, a promotion, ALL THE GOOD THINGS bc I cannot get enough of this sandwich. Every time myself or my husband have ordered over the past couple of months our sandwiches are LOADED. Not usually a subway girlie, but this one has been slapping 😮‍💨😮‍💨

I'm doing door dash and when I arrived they told me they had the order but it wasn't ready yet. Then a few people walked in and they prepared the walk in orders first, then my customers order inspire of the fact that my customers order was put in first. That's crap! It should be first to order first to be prepared.

Store had a late delivery. Did not have provolone available. I know that everything comes pre-packaged, and they would not open the boxes to get us provolone for all three of our subs.

I placed a delivery order they forgot some of my food. I called back spoke with a manager and he gave me a 800 number told me they would refund me. When I called the number it just referred me back to the website. Mason was the manager do not recommend this subway.

Everyone ignored me as I walked in and the lady with the pink hair was so rude and was talking about other co workers on the phone the whole time we were in there, I’m not usually bothered by this stuff but it was so rude how she was talking about other people!

I picked up a couple footloose using a coupon. They were very good as were the staff that made them. They would have been overpriced without the coupon, around $23 for two sandwiches, no drinks or chips.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch then ordered a meatball marinara after they already made my chicken bacon ranch they made my meatball marinara and it took over 10 minutes by the time I got home both were freezing cold.Manager said there was nothing he could do because he didn't want to waste product.He claimed he wasn't allowed to make another and to call customer service through the app. Which is a whole elongated annoyance of a process.This subway has dissatisfied and has been disappointment every single time we order food.Please shut down and put these people out of a job the respectfully do not need to work in customer service.

Went and got two footlongs and two pizzas. There were only two workers there. The guy that was working obviously didn't know how to cook the pizzas because he would take them out of the oven six times and when asked to put extra cheese on the pizzas he didn't barely put any on. I was super disappointed with how the pizzas came out with burnt cheese. Will not go back to this location.
