We were passing through hillman and stopped for a late lunch. Our was our first time here. I got a deluxe burger with fries. Husband got a chicken sandwich. Both were good. Love the decor, love the small town feel. Would stop again.

Me and my family of 8 had lunch today and everything was great. We loved the French fries,onion rings, shrimp baskets, burgers and pizza.Thanks for the good service! Good atmosphere for the large group.

Pretty disappointed with the burgers here lately... I have never in my life heard of a DELUX Cheeseburger only coming with Mayo, Tomato, and Lettuce! I didn't even get cheese on my burger!! Call me crazy, but when I think of a DELUX CHEESEBURGER, it should come with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickle, Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, and CHEESE!! But the menu says that "Everything" is Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle, and the lady on the phone told me that it cost extra for Everything, and even more to get the delux... Its pretty sad that Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, all have a better delux Cheeseburger than Chauncey's... Also, the fries are always unsalted and either over cooked or under cooked.... So I aways have to get take out, and bring my fries home and put them in the Airfryer, and salt them myself....

We visited at 1:30 in the afternoon so it was pretty empty on a weekday but they were still doing a steady takeout business. We had the patty melt and it was amazing.
