Stopped for dinner. When we walked in at 5:45 the music was so loud you couldn't even talk. When the bartender/waitress came to are table with menus she was very rude and very nasty attitude. When asked a question about beer on tap she came back with a nasty remark. Needless to say don't know if the food was any good because are party of 7 left.
I must say probably some of the best food I've gotten at a roadside bar in a long time. Working at the alpena airport and decided to try this place on my way home from work . Makes the bars in my home town of Rose City look pretty dang sad as far as food is concerned,

Well, I am going to be honest, that burger is no where near as good as the Ike's Burger was...not even close, too small, too expensive ! Hot dog with chili priced way too high....Lafayette Coney (iconic) in Detroit half the price.Want good beef hamburger ? I am sure you can find it from a farmer in Hillman (Royston) or through Rygwelski's in Rogers City. Burgers need to bigger, bigger bun...Not impressed.

Honestly, I was more awkward than this spot. I have reviewed many places. This spot makes u feel comfy from the time u walk in until u walk out. I went on a karaoke night, but it wasn't my flavor of country from the hour I stayed for as im an upchurch, brantley gilbert music enjoyer. However, absolutely no negative marks. Great environment and felt like I was at home.
